Mmmmm...its Cassano's...its delicious. We have had some problems in the past with messed up orders, not showing up for a delivery and saying we didn't answer the door, when in reality we were sitting on the porch waiting. When they said they would send it right back out it took over 30 minutes and they said they would give is a $6 discount but ended up charging full price. The next time we ordered for carryout they sent it to the wrong location across town and when we called to let them know the mistake and that we would not be driving across town to just cancel the order, they hung up on me. Now, I was being incredibly polite and I thought it was incredibly courteous to let them know why the order would not be picked up, so being treated that way after their 2nd screw up was incredibly disrespectful and certainly told us they could care less about us as customers. As if all these things wasn't enough, I left a message both times for the District Manager Kate who, as of today, we are still waiting on a call from. Now, when you call Cassanos you're calling a call center, there is no direct contact with the store unless you go into the store for pick up. The North Limestone location has been outstanding. They have been respectful, courteous and concerned about the service we've received. They have done an amazing job of customer service and that's the ONLY reason we still do business with them. Now, I have given them 4 stars based solely on the service and quality of their products from the North Limestone location ONLY! If my review was based on the restaurant as a whole ot would be a great big zero!! You can not be so disrespectful to your customers and expect to keep them. Not to mention, what type of manager refuses to address these types of mistakes and return calls? Very...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I ate here last night, we drank several beers and ate pizza and while the pizza was delicious and the beer was good, when we left something really bad happened. We walked out and it was dark, I headed towards the car but my girlfriend was blinded in the darkness and walked straight into the gravel to the left of the doorway and tripped on those big rocks and hurt herself pretty bad. She busted her knee, skinned her elbow so bad it ripped a hole in the hoodie she was wearing, and cracked her new iPhone 16 pro max. She's not badly hurt but if you're going to sell alcohol maybe you could have it lit enough that you don't trip and hurt yourself. It takes time for your eyes to adjust from the light to darkness. If they had it lit enough to see in the parking lot this would have never happened. She could have been hurt worse. If we'd had to take her to the hospital we might have to talk to a lawyer. But I think we'll let it go. I just hope nobody else gets hurt coming out of there. Get some lighting please. Safety...
Read moreBad service and even worse pizza! The service at the N Limestone location is very slow but that happens when there is only one person working. Someone doesn’t know how to properly staff a business. I should have known something when next door was extremely busy but this place was dead! It still took over 30 minutes for us to get our order and they were not that busy. We only ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a sub, I’m glad we didn’t order anything else. This was our first time eating Cassanos and will be my last! The value is also lacking...for $21 you only get a “large” pizza that can only really feed 2 and a sub. Also, the inside of the restaurant is disgusting! Ceiling tiles that are stained and some are falling out, the bare concrete floor looks like they ripped up the old flooring but never replaced it with anything and it smells...
