I had the weirdest experience there this afternoon. We ordered our food mine was supposed to be a meal, I didn’t know that it didn’t come with a drink my husband said he had ordered a drink, the kid got so confused by the coupon my husband handed him that he had to ask for help so he must not have heard my husband request for a soda..After he rang us up I asked for our drink cups. He told us we didn’t order one. So I was like okay. Just ring me up for one, my husband was like yeah just get one we can share. Instead the kid just handed us some cups that I was told were water cups. My husband said he was smiling as we handed them to us., So I figured he was done with us because the whole coupon drama. So he didn’t want to mess with ringing us up for a soda. I went over to get my soda with the water cups because that’s what I wanted in the first place I figured he was thinking yeah just go get the soda. A manager sitting at a table yelled at me in front of everyone. Instead of going up to the cashier and asking him first. He chose to yell at me. Of course the boy wouldn’t admit to his mistakes. I went up there to pay for my drink, but they made it so uncomfortable and weird that I was just ready to leave. They could have handled it so differently. I begged them to look at the camera. Unfortunately they must not be able to hear anything, so they chose not to believe me and I called to get them to hear me out again because I was so upset with how I was treated. The lady on the phone treated me even more badly and told me not to come back there again just because I so desperately wanted them to hear me out. What is wrong with people today. Ordered a custom ice cream cake -requesting to see if it would be possible to make it look similar to an Arizona tea can. I had chose the icing color for the writing, etc., ordered the cake. Later on, I ended up thinking I would have preferred the writing to be the same color as what the Arizona can has, but I had already submitted my order and figured it would still look pretty. Allan ended up being my cake decorator, which was next day. He called me to ask if I might prefer the writing to be in a gold color like on the can, and that to me was just above and beyond. I was super stoked to hear that he was working on it, and had that thought too, and chose to ring me up to ask. Major kudos points to Al, seriously. Anyways, the cake looks awesome. Honestly the only reason that I gave it 1 star is because I had no choice. I ordered 5 2 for $4 and a six dollar double meal deal. When I arrived home I realized I didn’t get get the burger for my $6 meal deal. I called in a guy answered the phone and as I told him what happened he hung up on me. I called back and a very nice young lady named Alicia answered the phone as I asked what the guy name was that hung up on me you can hear the manager screaming in the back ground well we’re closed do she want her order fixed or not in a very angry and hostile voice. I don’t know what you’re train the manager consists of but she is definitely not an individual that you should not rely on to oversee your nightly operations.
