Little Saigon Restaurant — Restaurant in Jerome

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place should not be called, "little Saigon" This place should be called Asian fusion or Asian cuisine. If you are looking to eat Vietnamese food this is not the place for you! This restaurant takes the short cut and use pho broth powder with water and it is NOT AUTHENTIC pho! I can't even say the worst pho I have ever had because it's NOT EVEN PHO! The egg rolls are frozen and taste like FAST FOOD egg rolls! The crispy noodles had little to no noodles! The Com thịt nướng is the only decent thing because at least they can make rice! Not one person I spoke to spoke VIETNAMESE!

They charged $12.95 for a bowl of pho that they made for $3.00!!! EVEN THE BEST PHO out there Texas, cali, other states are $10!

There is Thai and Chinese food on the menu and this is called a Vietnamese and Thai restaurant. They should make this Chinese and Thai and take Vietnamese off! We Vietnamese people are proud of our food and this is a disgrace.

I understand the concept of supporting local restaurants but this location is such a disappointment to the Vietnamese culture. I hope they change the name because THIS LOCATION IS HAS NO AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE FOOD.

My first experience to this restaurant wasn't good. It was the time when I arrived US. I didn't knew much about how to order vegan food, so by mistake they offered me fish in my curry. But, now when I learned about the culture of US and knew how to order the food of my choice, it became easier. I love Green Curry the most at this restaurant. I love the fortune cookies the end tempt me a lot.

Today my experience at Little Saigon was worst. I ordered veg noodle and told them clearly, not to add any egg, meat or fish. Instead of that in my veg noodle there was some meat chunks. So, I asked them to get new one. But, instead of bringing fresh, they removed the chunks of meat and provided the same bowl. I felt they must be obedient, so I started eating again. I felt that still there is some bad smell of meat. But, I thought it may be the hangover of the previous one. Then again I found one more chunk, and I was sure. So I complained them about it. But, they didn't change it nor they deducted the price. I think I must stop going there any more.

So ever since I moved to springfield I have loved to eat from here but today I got the worst service ever. The young girl was too busy on her phone to care about customers I get it you are young and couldn’t care much about the world out there but if I’m coming to support the business give me some respect and let me order my food and leave so you can go back on your phone. I placed my order and asked if it was possible for it to be brought to my car as I had to take a work call she said yes and I asked how long it would take she said 15 mins. I went to my car has my call for 20mins nothing came so I went back in and yes food was sitting there she was on her phone, she got up to give me my bags I asked her what happened to bringing the food to the car she looked at me and walked away back to her chair on to her phone no response.
