Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

I came in the store on May 31st 2020 the young lady at the counter was an absolute sweetheart they had no problem taking my order and it was ready for me and under 10 minutes for pickup I don't know if management changed since the last time I was here and left those bad review or if employee turnover happen but it was a good change and this will be my sore from now on I will pick my dominos up since they cannot deliver to my house unfortunately Iles is a store that delivers to my house and that store has gone more than downhill

I absolutely am mortified by the attentat customer service let's start with the 13 minute and 48 second weights on the phone three people two young ladies and one rude man named Justin pick up the phone and then put me back on hold by the time the phone was picked up I was told that I would not be able to get a pizza for pickup no quicker than 35 minutes when I explained to them that pizza was needed for a company situation by 10 and I would have not had this problem getting my pizza in a time that I needed had I not been on hold for almost 15 minutes they claim to be so busy while I was sitting in their parking lot I watched three employees play on their phone and one pick their nose during the time I watch this I have called Pizza Hut placed an order and it will be ready in 10 minutes so if you're looking for a pizza I strongly suggest calling Pizza Hut...

Horrible customer service. JOHN “the MANAGER” has no respect for his customers. I ordered at 11:30pm. They close at 2am. Didn’t get my order till 12:4am. Estimated time for my delivery was 25-35 min. Ended up being an hour and 15 min. Was hungry but wasn’t mad until I realized I got no icing w my cinnamon bread (kind of defeats the purpose of even ordering it).. but I took a bite anyways.. barely any cinnamon. Dry. Hard.. waste of money without the icing basically. So I call. This is when I get the pleasure of speaking to John. I explain my situation. I get this.. “Seriously .. you can’t eat the bread without the icing .. well I guess I will send out my delivery driver when they get back” click. Conversation over. So I eat my pizza, in the meantime my bread is cold. Whatever no big deal I can heat it up when they get here w my icing.. they never show up. I stayed up till 2 am waiting and expecting someone to knock on my door. Never happened. If you weren’t going to bring me icing don’t tell me you were in the first place. I would have rather just been told the truth and gone to bed. I hate dominos after this. I left a good tip even tho they were running super behind bc I know how it is. But to forget part of my order, say you’re gonna bring it, then never show up.. that’s what got me. Wish I could...

The worst experience I've ever had with pizza delivery. We ordered and waited an hour and a half and our pizza still hadn't arrived. So we called the store and we were on hold for 10 minutes before we had to hang up and call again. He said that they tried calling us because they didn't know our lot number. At this time I thought this was our mistake. But then we checked our online receipt and it DID have our lot number, the manager was just trying to lay the blame on us so we wouldnt be frustrated with him. He told us he wouldnt have our order out for another hour because others were ahead of us due to the complications. Our order should have been a priority and not put behind the others. It was obviously an attempt to make me cancel my order. This is just HORRIBLE customer service. This is the last time we are ordering from this place unless when they arrive they properly reimburse us. DON'T order from here unless you do so at a time when its not busy, because this store obviously can't handle it.
