Let’s start off by saying how the app sucks and I can’t even log into my account since I’m locked out and called their support line and they can’t even help me with that. So I ordered without being signed in on the app one specialty pizza at the wrong location so I had to call the location To cancel the order, they insist To transfer my order to the correct store that I wanted. They couldn’t Complete the transfer because the store was busy and not picking up the phone so they transferred me to the store. I was on the phone line waiting to connect to a worker at the Desired Location. They picked up the phone and told me my order is ready please hold After holding for five minutes, he told me rudely That he had said before he put me on hold, my order is ready. I walk into the store, All the workers in the store were very dismissive of my arrival. Three minutes later I was told someone will help me shortly three more minutes later someone finally helped me. I gave them my name and phone number They couldn’t find the order And contacted the store I placed my order at. No order had been transferred and I had to wait An additional 15 minutes for my pizza to be made. While going back into the store again, workers were very dismissive towards the front of the store and did not pick up the phone For several minutes, then a worker picked up the phone Told caller to please hold and cash me out for my purchase. Besides that, this location is supposed to be open until 1am, and the last 2 times I ordered from here through the app (before 1am),I received a call shortly after informing me that they were closed. I have ordered from several different locations and was informed by one of the drivers who used to regularly deliver my orders that if they get an order one minute before closing, they have to make and deliver it, and that they are not allowed to shut off the online orders unless they are understaffed, and I know that they are definitely not allowed to tell people they're closed when they are actually still open. If this locations hours have changed, they need to change it in here and input it into the app, because the app will always tell you when a location is closed. I understand being tired and wanting to get out of work as soon as possible, as I work in fast food (as a manager) and we close at 1am as well, but if I pulled something like this, my district manager would fire me. Made a complaint to corporate and received a text from the owner Gus, he sent me an email for a free pizza and dessert, also told me to contact him directly if I had any other problems. I do not have transportation so I order delivery, I text him several times asking if I could use this email for delivery and received no response back, I called the store and asked a manager if I could use it and he proceeded to tell me "sure if I showed him the coupon he would have no problem making it" after I told him I needed delivery, then he said he could not help me. I called corporate again cause I am not pleased with this negligence to customers and they told me someone would contact me later that day, well that was three weeks ago.
