Wow, such a terribly horrid experience!! Awful, pathetic customer service!! First, I wanted to take my brother to a place for his birthday, I let him choose!! He chose Dairy Queen!! He and his wife, me and our parents all chose to celebrate together!! First we ordered and the food was so disappointing!! Cold, not made to specifications, just a total disappointment!! We ordered the meal baskets that came with desert!! We were disappointed with our food temperature, way the food was prepared, things being on the burgers that we did not order, onions. But to me, the restaurant was not busy, at all and for our lunches to be COLD, when they had no one else to cook for was pathetic!! When I said something to them they just looked at me and said nothing. I did nothing to demand replacement or anything like that but expected an apology!! So, we got our desert and left without anything being done or offered to us!! SAD!! Then, I decided to call, with my receipt in hand, and speak with a manager!! So, I did!! When a manager came to the phone I explained the situation and about the lack of hot food and customer service and the date and time!! The first thing out of her mouth was, "that did not happen!!" What?? Did I hear her correctly?? I said, excuse me?? She again said the exact same thing. I said, well, I am sorry, but it did!! I again explained what happened. She was rude, short, and disrespectful and I promise you we will NEVER NEVER, go back there again!! To think this was the place my brother chose to go on his birthday and the food was pathetic with no solution on their part!! Ridiculous, we owe them nothing!! They owe us good food in order for us to be a repeat customer!! That will not happen! My entire will not be a repeat customer!! Plus, beware, because their customer service is...

Had not been to a Dairy Queen in years...what was I thinking??? It was incredible!! Seriously the chicken strips with a side of country gravy and onion rings are the absolute best I've ever had. Hands down. Of course who could complain about a hot fudge sundae?? Well I'm sure someone could but it was just as I remembered when I was a young girl. Incredible!!!! What great memories this visit today brought back from a happy childhood. The staff was so kind and courteous. FYI They do not take credit cards for anyone who purchasing gift cards now I know this because of a lady making a scene throwing a fit all the way out the door. Shocking enough that's not the first place I've heard that has stopped. Why you ask??? Because of scammers out there charging incredibly high amounts on gift cards from the stores then reporting the cards stolen after they had been fully used..sidenote to rude lady....if your going to act like that and embarrass yourself in public you might not want to wear your work uniform as folks might just show up at your work place and recreate your immature tantrum in front of you. Latest review I have literally ate here twice in 2 days I absolutely and hooked on their chicken tenders country gravy toast but I always get the onion rings with them. I would like to say thank you and hi kudos to Renee as well as Meryk. Man I hope I'm saying that right kid. So to start off, my fiancee came by the store yesterday paid in cash for two birthday cakes to be ready and picked up today. She showed them a reference photo for how she wanted the cake to be made and gave specific instructions to not have any icing on the middle edge going around the cake and to have an inscription made on top of the cake.

When we came in today the cakes were not made correctly and was missing the inscription on the top and had the icing going around the middle. We asked to know if we could get a refund or a discount for the messed up cake. The India lady refused to give us a refund multiple times and kept telling us it wasn't her fault and that they "made the cake based on the reference photo". If that was the case then why didn't the cake have the inscription on it just like the reference photo you were shown and took a photo of? She claimed they spent 3 hours making the cake and that they were rushed and she was blaming us for not having enough time to make the cake when be gave them a whole day to get it made.

It was clearly a communication error between their own staff and didn't even want to own up to their mistake. She did eventually give us our money back for the two cakes. Don't order...
