Where im from,the dunkin staff,managenent and owners appreciate their customers. The springfield oh location has earned this moniker. Worst dunkin ever. Drove 5 miles there for a coffee. Was turned away on 2 occasions due the their registers being "down". So your telling me they arent capable of completing basic math? Thats sad. In my opinion if they can't do basic math maybe they dont belong working in the service industry at all. I was told to do a mobile order and they maybe could help me that way. Not an option for me. I dont have the app nor was i going to get it just to get a coffee one time. Theres was several people on. They could've easily made my coffee,figured out the taxes on what i ordered,made change and cash me out appropriately. If i owned the place id be very upset with all the lost revenue. Apparently the owner there doesnt care about their money,business nor their customer base. Just remember dunks isnt the only perveyor of coffee around. From the reviews ive seen im not alone in my frustrations. Ill remember in the future to never stop there when im in there area. Furthermore Ill also make sure everyone i come across knows what they're getting into going there and maybe they should really reconsider...
Read moreOrdered off their app and showed up for my order was told I didn't have an order and then they insisted it was a door dash order and I needed to come inside. I said it wasn't door dash and I ordered off their app and showed them the order on my phone. They then said I ordered grub hub and gave me a bag . I was clear across town when I looked at the order on the bag and go figure wrong order. I drove back across town and went inside and when someone decided to wait on me I told them what happened she then said that I don't have an order so I showed her my phone and said I do have an order , she then stated they don't have an order for me and chose to turn away from me and start messing with something else. So I raised my voice and said you need to fill this order or refund me. The manager then came over and said she wants to diffuse the situation and asked what's wrong . I showed her the order to which she started to fill and said to the employees that they switch mine and the grub hub order. So rude to first not listen when I initially stated it wasn't a door dash or grub hub order and pretty much acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and then acting like it was my fault the orders were messed up. However, I just went to buy their 2 for $5 croissant deal, and got told that there was no one else there but her and so she couldn't make them. She quickly corrected as another employee walked in to her, and she said she could make them. I ordered 2 hashbrown orders with the croissants, and when I picked up my order (after waiting for about 5 mins) and headed home, I discovered I had only been given the croissants, but been charged for the croissants and only 1 hashbrown. I couldn't go back because I had groceries in the trunk that needed to get to the freezer. I wouldn't care or normally post about it, but this has become a pattern my wife and I noticed at this location. Excuses for not getting an order, finally making the order, and getting it wrong. I worked at a Dunkin for a time, and know how long it takes to make the food. I should add, I was the only person in line when I got there, and it took 5 mins for them to get my simple order.
