Well,the new owner and management treated me with the outmost respect.They brought out the silver wear their finest dishes. I was impressed. Not only that their service skills, and communication skills toward my family was outstanding. Very kind and attentive. If you haven’t tried their combination pizza , you must try it’s so delicious. I order a party size pizza for 7 of us ,and we still had pizza left to take home.It was so good . we all ate 4slices. Ooooh and sauce flavor was amazing talk about true authentic pizza. You don't understand good pizza until you've had Jackies like dear god it's so good. They almost always show up early for delivery, the pizza always shows up in stellar condition, and my god does it taste amazing. When they're closed on Tuesdays, and we really want pizza, and we end up ordering from someone else, I end up eating that other pizza and thinking "it just ain't Jackies 😔". Because really; the sauce is good (which is saying something bc I normally hate red sauce), the toppings don't fall off, and the cheese tastes so good and stretches like UGH idk how to even describe it like please, if you're even THINKING of ordering from...

First time, last time. Never knew about this place and it pops up on Doordash. Food delivered, missing a whole pizza. The GREEK salad had canned black olives not Kalakaua, feta was kinda gross. I ordered chili and onion rings and instead received popcorn chicken. What the hell is going on here. Yes doordash credited us the pizza, put the point is my husband had no pizza and if we ordered somewhere else it would be over a hour. Could barely understand the man on the phone and they were going to send another pizza until they found out it was Holyoke....
