Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield

Service there was terrible today. I made an entire order with the cashier so my order would be made right. After i drove home a whole 15 minutes away i noticed my orders were wrong. I went back and asked for the manager and I explained to her what had happened, she never apologized and told them to make my order again. She tells her crew to give me my food cause she wasn't in the mood while she scratched her hair and didn't even wash her hair. Mind you i was missing some stuff and she had another crew give them to me. Then i get home and they gave me the same old tacos and nacho fries from when i gave the complaint and still managed to give me a wrong taco.it was supposed to be a cheesy gordita and i got a steak chalupa. Super disappointed . I am a manager in a fast food and this behavior was not acceptable. I would of handled it...

This specific taco bell sucks ass they are real cheap on their meat they are a rip off for your money I pay an extra .69 cents for extra meat to get nothing at all they are really slow and for no reason at all because the inside is always empty and drive through extra packed and when you get to the window your food is just sitting there and I receive my good soggy everytime there's no excuse for this kind of service it's sad because this location is the nearest to my home and I have to go across the bridge to one of either 2 locations in West Springfield just for a good meal and service they always get my meal right over in West Springfield and my good is always fresh nachos or quesadillas never soggy and tacos or anything else are never cold liberty at taco bell needs improvement and a couple...

Service is becoming lousy there .. when you order tacos .. burrito ..or etc.. they put very little meat ... I bought a $5 box when I started eating a chalupa and taco there was no meat in it .. went back to the counter and ask them for one with meat ..you could tell in their face that they were upset because I returned the food .. but guess what I'm paying for the food and I want meat in it ..lol.. Overtime they have become really cheap with the meat .. so if you visit a Taco Bell make sure to check your tacos all and everything else that has meat in it because it's not the first time they done it and not the first place that's done it .. that's why I stopped visiting Boston Road Taco Bell so if you don't want a taco full of lettuce and tomatoes go somewhere else .. that's really bad...
