Krystal — Restaurant in Springfield

I've had multiple problems with this location. It's hit and miss with the service there. Some of the staff there are fine and some are not. I've had the drive through sign turned off on me while I was already in line once and it was 8:35pm(posted closing time 9pm). I sat there for a few minutes with no response. So I said "hello" several times loud enough for them to hear and still got nothing.. I then pulled up to the window and waited for another 5 minutes or so(I'm stubborn) until a guy came to the window and with a very hostile tone told me they were closed. That was it for me.. I left.. It was either that or it was going to get ugly. Apparently he thought I was stupid and had no idea what time they closed. Even if it had been 8:55 you don't turn the lights out and ignore customers already in line. I did complain to them on their site and got an apology and a free combo. Unfortunately this wasn't the only incident though. Twice before I drove over there to see there drive through light off from 15 to 30 minutes early. The first time I tried anyway and no one ever responded to me. Went to the window and couldn't see anyone inside even though there were several cars parked next to the store. Hopefully they don't do that anymore but I did get two burgers with half a patty on each.. I wish it was a full service Krystal myself.. Maybe it would improve things.. Horrible service.... I went to the Springfield,Tn krystals. On 1/12/2020 and received horrible old food.....They have forgot my cheese that I pay extra for on four different visits now, I typically wouldn’t say much but tonight I told the lady about the cheese missing previously and to make sure I have cheese on my six Krystals . when I got to the window I said can you please make sure they’re cheese on my krystals ? She said yes however I received the food and I asked her again if there were cheese on my Krystals and she stated yeah... guess what when I got home I didn’t have cheese On any of my krystals , my order was wrong , fries were cold and old and I only live maybe 2 mins from that location. I went back and they remade my order however I had a special order and three of my krystals still had onions on them when they were supposed toy ave only cheese. The cooks were laughing and giving me a look as I was waiting on my food to be corrected. Something need to be done with the Springfield location. I would give a zero star...

I came in on the 18th at 4:42 PM last for fresh fries. When I got up to the window, they handed me a bag. I tried the fries. They were soggy and cold. The manager came very disrespectful. Manager came and told me they were fresh and that she would not give me any more fries and that she demanded my money back. I had said no. Can you just please put them back in the fryer or something? So they're not cold and soggy. I then proceeded to ask for the manager's name. Respectful She told me I didn't need her name. I said, well, I'm gonna call corporate. She says we're not corporate based. So I'm going to contact tomorrow morning and try to speak to another manager. And I don't give any good compliment on this place. I do not recommend a management so far. Here they should be fired. Also, this particular manager had a child inside the store that should be against policy. Because if the child got burnt or hurt, that could be a lawsuit and a safety hazard again, I would not go there. And I will never go back...
