Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

Only reason I gave a star is because I had to for the review. I ordered a pizza a couple about three weeks back (my receipt has the date torn off) pizza was extremely late which would not have been a problem until I realized that it was cold. I had already tipped the guy well and he was gone. I was in the middle of caretaking so I could not go get another at the time. I called and spoke with a guy who said he was the manager he apologized and said he would refund or replace the order so I said we could replace because we liked their pizza when it's done right. So today I called to see if I could pick up my remake order the girl asked a cpl questions then said yes it'll be ready in a few minutes and it would be free. So I drive up there with my receipt from the last order just for them to question whether I even ordered a pizza or if something was wrong with it stating if someone promised to remake it they would have noted in the computer. Needless to say I wasn't going to argue told them if they didn't believe me not to worry about it. I took my receipt back and left! So very unprofessional especially having me to drive there and then argue with me. It's hit and miss when you order pizza there anyway so they can keep there pizza. I dined in somewhere else and they actually...

This will be no surprise to anyone after reading other reviews, but the incompetence here is astounding. After multiple orders with this store we have yet to receive one that is correct or arriving within the time stated in the email after ordering. We ordered at 6:30 tonight with a 65-75 minute wait time. Totally reasonable right? Well, it is after 9:00 now and after multiple phone calls to the store, speaking to the odious manager, our orders still hasn’t left the store. No apology. No offered refund until requested. Just an excuse of “ we are short staffed” which happens to be their excuse every time. This store is an embarrassment, and nothing more than the perfect example of how companies shouldn’t be run. At this point we’ve ordered from another pizza company in town, had it delivered, and are done eating it, and our pizza is from this store is now where to be found.

Our order arrived at 9:21. It was ice cold. The fat on the pepperoni was even solidified and visible. I would stay MILES away from this store and their inability...

Ordered a pizza online, and added 1 garlic butter, one order of pepperocini peppers, and a seasoning packet. Went inside the store to pick the pizza up, The lady behind the register checked my order, opened the pizza box, and one of the seasoning packets fell out, and onto the floor. She picked the packet up OFF OF THE FLOOR, placed it back into the pizza box, and handed me the box. I opened it to look, and noticed that NO GARLIC BUTTER cups were in the box. I told her I ordered an extra garlic cup, and then she tells me that I didn’t. I responded. Ok, we’ll should y it come with one anyway, and then noticed this sticker after I left. Pretty sure that says plus 1 garlic butter. Customer service stinks these days!!!

Edit: The gentleman that made the pizza was very friendly, and even accepted responsibility for not including the garlic butter, and apologized. I was impressed with HIS professionalism, and would recommend him to be the employee to deal with customers....
