We really love this location. The workers are always kind to me. My 4 year-old made a mess one time with the water in the restaurant area and I started to clean it up. The worker stopped me and told me that his job was to serve the customer and he cleaned it up. I was blown away. I had my 4 year-old apologize and the worker was exceptionally gracious to my son and me. I apologized again and he thanked me for not just leaving the mess and for the way I handled my sons error. It was such a nice exchange. My son made a simple mistake and the worker helped me to both teach my son a lesson and to demonstrate a selfless kindness. We try to go in there after we get our hair cut every month or so. My son really enjoys the non-flower brownies and the magic cookies. I like to get the Kombucha on tap there. It is a nice way to cap off getting our hair cut. I really appreciate this place. It is very welcoming and a nice environment. I like the variety of individuals we see there. It seems like place where everyone is welcomed. That is a nice feel for Springfield. Do check this place out if you...
Read moreMy husband and I shop at MaMa Jeans on a regular basis. Quality products and great service are the rule. Friday, I went to purchase Buckwheat Flour for pancakes and they were out of stock. A worker checked the delivery log and I was told the item was on the truck Friday and would be available late Friday. I said I would be back at opening on Saturday for the Buckwheat. When I arrived at 8:10 there was no Buckwheat on the shelf. I went to the clerk and asked about the product and was told it probably wasn't on the truck. I asked if someone in the back could check, but was informed that the internet was down so he couldn't call to check. I left the store and will go somewhere else or buy this item on the internet. We try to shop locally to help the community. It would be great if stores stocked their shelves with the products the...
Read moreVisited the Campbell location for the first time. I was impressed with the store and the variety of local organic items, especially salts and spices. Overall, the shopping experience was fantastic right up until we checked out. We purchased several bundles of sage, which were marked $5.49. They rang up $7.59. I was rather shocked when the clerk refused to honor the price listed on the items. I was told they were mislabeled as a smaller size and I would need to pay the higher price. No problem, I asked for them to be exchanged for the smaller size. I was told that size was out of stock. Super shady... I would love to shop here, but cannot support a store which refuses to honor the price on their label. Please beware that you may not pay the price listed...
