The new way that McDonald’s has dine in is NOT customer service friendly. We went to the Springfield location for breakfast. A weekend ritual of ours and for the first time I encountered the one till and the wall with nobody there. We order hot mustard sauce with our breakfast and have to order it at the till because the kiosk does not have that option for breakfast. After the guy ahead of us eventually (like 5 minutes of waiting) flagged down the worker in the back. In this time we put the rest of our order in the kiosk and elected to pay at the till so that we could add hot mustard. We had to explain to the worker that we needed to pay at the till and that we wanted to add hot mustard. Our order was ready fairly quickly (our receipt said done in and we entered our table number for table service) but the worker put our order on the counter and yelled over that it was ready. I got out order and sat down and realized… no hot mustard. Back to the till and another couple minutes until I could wave down the worker again to get me what I had ordered. I sat down and my partner who had noticed grounds along the bottom of her ice coffee had to do the same in order to get one without. The worker did deliver the iced coffee later. I don’t know whose decision it was to have no/little interaction with staff but we decided Burger King breakfast will be worth a shot...
Read moreVery poor service McDonald’s need to just close down at this point the customer service is trash the fact that i asked for cheese from the person taking my order I specifically ask her before paying to add cheese to my sandwich and which she said yes then when I got my food I didn’t have cheese so I asked for some the second person i encountered told me she was going to ask the manger how much she came back and said 40 cents then ask for my sandwich I told her to just give me the cheese in a box which for some reason became a big deal she left and came back to state the cheese price is 1.40$ so I asked to speak to the manger to her about the situation it’s not my fault the person who is taking orders ore not properly taking orders instead rushing through the line not making sure everyone is getting their correct order. The manger Margret from what I recall is her name was no help and didn’t even correct her employee mistake last time I check at McDonald’s the customer is always right and since I repeatedly had to ask for cheese was taken around the bush I will not be going back to that McDonald’s until they get better employees...
Read moreMy favorite McDonalds in town. The morning and day staff there are all nice and my order is usually accurate. Mac who works the drive thru every morning is the absolute BEST!!! If you have ever been there in the morning and before 1p or so you have probably seen him he takes orders and faithfully is there most days. He has been there for years and we all love him! He is efficient and very accurate. He is so friendly and kind. My 80 yr old parents went about every single day to see the staff especially Mac. He was so nice and patient with them. Sadly mom passed last year and Mac was so sweet to us when we went thru. My dad still goes daily. Bonita is another really sweet worker, and you have no idea how your kindness is so much appreciated. Especially the elderly who look forward to their daily McDonald's trip. Management HELLO I hope you are listening!
