So yes this still is my favorite store and i won't stop eating here. But this place has GOT to fix their nighttime shift. Every other time of day it's 5 stars. At night. A complete 0. As of my recent 9 pm order I ordered from doordash. First red flag was how stressed out my dasher was also telling me how horrible customer service was to her. Then I got the food. The whole order was terrible. Was missing a whole 5 doller burrito. And every other item was all made poorly. Like it was just slapped together with stale stinky ingredients. The quesidilla had jalapeño sauce when I asked for nun. The dorito taco had no sour creme which was supposed to be on there and my BEEF chaulpa turned out to be a steak chalupa instead. Not to mention the cheese roll up I got was the opposite of what you would want from one. Not properly melted with barley any cheese to begin with. It's like they purposely gave all my food to me the opposite of what I wanted and without my burrito. I called the store to complain. And the guy was VERY RUDE as soon as he picked up the phone before I even said anything. Needless to say the whole entire night crew should be fired. If you want proper taco bell with minimal mistakes and actually nice and decent customer service...come to THIS same store. But only in between the end of breakfast and two o'clock or something. During those times is when I had actually received the best taco bell food I've ever had. Afternoon shift and nighttime shift make this singular store turn into two different stores. That's why I can't give a 0 or 5 star rating for this store...because the different shifts just dramatically change this...
Read moreI have to give credit where credit is due, and they went above and beyond this visit. I went around 7:30p and left my house unknowingly just before a severe thunderstorm. As I arrived their systems went down but I placed a mobile order before disaster hit. I'm assuming it was the general manager who was extremely considerate of me, not just as a paying customer, but me as a person as well. She was determined to get me the food I wanted especially in such a drastic situation. Told me to pull around and they'll bring it out while they apologize to incoming customers for the downed systems. As I was parked directly in front of the door, I met the gentleman bringing the food out in the middle. The food was incredible, the experience was phenomenal, and everything was very hot and fresh. I really feel bad for the general manager who is such a wonderful person constantly having to deal with the worst situations and some of the kids who couldn't care less about even handing out the...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is awesome! All the employees were efficient, professional and courteous. An added bonus is seeming the camaraderie between the employees, the teamwork the management initiates, and the respect shown between each of them while they together filled the orders. Every employee had a smile on their face and was respectful toward one another. Not something you always see in a fast food establishment. Let me also add that this Taco Bell was spotless from top to bottom. The dining area, the restrooms, their cooking area, the kitchen floor! Wow!! And the icing on the cake…no mistakes in our order! I might also add we are traveling through with a group of 350 college students. We probably had about 70 of us at this Taco Bell. The employees worked us through the line quickly, and this was even at 8:30 pm when they had been working their shift for many hours. I can’t say enough great things about this Taco Bell in Springfield, Ohio. THIS IS A MUST STOP when you are...
