Well normally everything seems somewhat normal but that's usually going thru drive thru however my voice is a bit horse so I decided to go in so I wouldn't have to strain my voice using the speaker. I place my order with a man that is wearing what managers usually wear a black shirt and black pants...He takes my order and tells me the amount for two number three's large size coke on one and chocolate shake with the other...mind you I usually eat things from the discount menu or whatever clever wording they use to identify items that are ....Oh there it is ' value items' so when he told me the amount due for that order I literally felt my legs shake a little and was a bit unstable in my footing to hear what I think is an INFLATED AMOUNT for what is really being served. When I repeated the amount still in shock from hearing the amount the first time the order taker I will refer to him as...Repeated the amount and I commented ' wow McDonald's sure is proud of their food' the Order taker did not look up at me at all nor did he in anyway react or respond in any way at all which I thought was odd of the order taker dressed as a manager for him not to acknowledge that at all so that tells me possibly a couple things he needs more training as to customer retention and or customer communications ,..So by him saying nothing makes me believe that he may be thinking the same thing since he didn't chime in letting me know thru product knowledge and proper training ..The high standard of quality and prime grade choices they put into their food and beverage....Is what should have been said possibly..He then hands me my change of a dollar and some change that was from a twenty dollar bill...then hands me a cup a points to the direction of the serve yourself drink bar says not one word ...I was expecting as you would anywhere you send your hard earned money ..Some sort of closure like thanks for choosing McDonald's today or something...It just keeps getting better so I fill my own drink and wait and wait and wait and while I continue to wait I'm hearing this exchange of playing and singing loud going on between two younger guys cooking in the back that continued on what seemed like forever it was beyond unprofessional the black gentleman I referred to earlier as 'the order taker' tells one of them that was using profanity not to continue to use that Language....As does a parent that has no intention of enforcing anything....Finally much later the order taker starts naming what I ordered instead of maybe ...Sir I apologise for your inconvenience or your order taking so long ..Please come back and see us...NOTHING said at all...Im still in shock this can't be the normal or desired experience that should be...
Read moreThis is a long winded review but only because I was so thoroughly impressed by how poor every part of my experience was. I have been to the remodeled McDonald's three times now. The first time we drove off after waiting about 20+ minutes to order food; the second my order was wrong; and the third time I tried to use the mobile app to order and avoid the line (mistake). The last experience I sent in my order and was instructed to sit at one of the pull-up stations outside and my food would be ready and to me in about 5 minutes. I waited the 5 minutes, I waited 10, and after about 15 I decided to go inside and let them know I was out there (after all mobile orders might get missed). After I explained I put in my mobile order and had been waiting outside the gentleman up front asked "so what do you want?". I thought it was obvious I wanted to eat my food, but I guess that was missed. He let a manager know, they got a bag of food ready and then gave it to someone else who rifled through the order to find it wasn't correct. The worker then handed the bag to me. Since the guy who looked through my order had been coughing into his hands among other things I asked if I could get a different bag of food (kind of gross to eat something someone else pawed through). The manager apologized and gave me some cookies and "some cards" to set things right when I got my food. Alright. Cool. I get home and the cards that I thought would be for a free sandwich or fries or something turned out to be "buy 4 get 1 free" cards for breakfast sandwiches. lol wat. So into the trash those went. Then I pulled the cookies out. Expired over an hour before I was given them. So ends my McDonald's story. It started with long wait times and ended with...
Read moreOrdered 2 mcchicken and 2 double cheese. Picked up my order and when I got out to my car I opened a chicken and took a bite. The patty had to have been hours old as it was hard crunchy and dehydrated and the lettuce was soggy.not to mention the sandwiches were Luke warm at best. So they were not even proper temp to keep bacteria off of them. I spit it back out and opened the second mcchicken and it was the same exact way. So I took my food back in and tried explaining to the manager on shift.. said her name was jordan.. not really sure if she gave me a real name or not. Anyway, after explaining in detail my problem she proceeded to ask me again what the problem was and ask if the problem was too much mayo. I told her she wasn't listening to me, and proceeded to explain in detail again what the issues were. She still didn't understand. So I asked for a refund to which she caught an attitude with me an refunded half my order when I asked for the whole order to be refunded because I didn't trust the quality. She even took the whole order and threw it out knowing she only refunded half the order. I was robbed of my hard earned money, and this is DISGUSTING behavior from anyone, let alone a member of management. I will and recommend you too avoid this location and will be calling the health department as well since they somehow think it's OK to serve old food that is not kept at correct temperatures. This location will never see my...
