The Pizza Hut in Lynn Haven is Amazing. Went there all the time when I lived over there. However, this one is a different story. It might have just been a one off so I will probably go back. First when I walked in the door I wasn't greeted, that's ok they were busy, but the person working at the front felt the need to talk to the delivery driver about something first, ok maybe it was important. Well I overheard part of thier conversation and the driver needed change for $1.00 👌 but at least say something to the customers at the counter. After waiting nearly 4 1/2 minutes, because I looked at my clock, the front counter person finally comes it was a pleasant experience. I'm not sure if it is Pizza Hut's Policy or Domino's policy or if they just do it to be nice, but the one in Lynn Haven always opens the boxes and makes sure the pizza is correct and acceptable before I leave. This one didn't I paid and the person just ran off to the back. I opened the boxes and half of the pizza didn't even have toppings or cheese on it. Well here is a mental picture, square pizza and all the cheese and toppings in the center like a circle. So the 4 corners absolutely no sauce, cheese, or toppings. This is on 4 pizzas. How do you screw up 4 pizzas? If this ever happens again anywhere where I am this unhappy and spent nearly $50 I will take pictures. Anyways the person did offer to remake at 12 minutes each, with attitude, I know usually comes with special sauce😉. Also I thought it would turn into 30 to 45 minutes and I had a hungry family at home. So needless to say no happy with this particular Pizza Hut...

The manager was very rude an nasty when all I wanted to know was if my food was still up. Tried to call just before they closed to let him know I was running a min or 2 behind but never got an answer. I take fault for being late but to be treated like I wasn't valued as a costumer is what got me. This guy wouldn't even come to the door to Acknowledge that I was even there or even tell me that my order was gone even though I think I seen it sitting in the warmer. I deal with this pizza hut alot an I've never had any problems like this before with anyone one else.
