7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Parker

I live fairly close to 7 Brew so I frequently visit. I love this location. Despite the music being louder than pretty much any other place and it really waking you up at 7 am, the atmosphere is relaxed and chill. The staff are personable, helpful and accommodating.

I tried to create a drink flavor combo and they helped tailor the drink to my liking with no fuss or haste and gladly fixed it a few times until it came out just right.

I’ve never had a bad experience with ANY of the employees but the guy who wears sunglasses and a hat and might be a manager and the girl who frequently works in the drive thru cashier area who told me once her family grows coconuts, are absolutely stellar! They have the best customer service personality! I wish I knew their names but they deserve recognition for how amazing they are at their job. They both know how to talk to customers and make sure things are done efficiently and correctly. I’ll continue funneling my money into these delicious coffee drinks and amazing customer service.

I was excited when 7 Brew opened in Callaway, but after the first two weeks, everything has gone downhill. Once the trainers left, the quality of service completely fell off a cliff. Multiple times, I’ve visited just a few hours into their day only to be told they’re out of half their syrup options — how does that even happen so early?

One of the staff even admitted, “Sorry, our trainers left and we don’t know what we’re doing!” That’s not something you want to hear when you’re paying full price for drinks that aren’t even made correctly.

The traffic situation around the location is a nightmare now, which would be easier to tolerate if the drinks and service were actually worth it. I once ordered a fizz drink and, because they were out of ingredients, was served nothing more than flavored water and ice — and still charged full price. That’s completely unacceptable.
