Winn-Dixie — Local services in Parker

This is Pharmacy, I've been using Winn Dixie for about 15 years now, in the last 3 months, I've received the worst service at This Pharmacy. called in refills a couple of months ago, went to pick them up when I was told, (actually later then the time I was told) and they weren't ready, told it would be a couple of hours, went back 3 hours later, still not ready, went back the following day. yep guessed it, not ready, be another hour...went back again, they were finally ready, but they were out of one, be in the next day, went back 2 days later........well the medicine came in , but wasn't ready to pick up...be an hour.....now , had a new rx sent in, called early today, the person on the phone looked it up to make sure it was there...it'll be ready around 6:30..........well, it's not ready. they're out of it, apparently they didn't know , was told that they tried to call me and my phone went straight to voicemail, I had no missed calls and they didn't feel the need to leave a voicemail, so I didn't drive all the way there. By the way I've been working Pharmacy for over 30 years, I get if you're busy, but you don't tell a customer to keep coming back if you know you're behind or if you're...

They're usually fine, prices have gotten pretty high, and I got a couple of wicked expensive beef tenderloin steaks the other day, 25 bucks for 2 small pieces, for a special date night with my wife. They call themselves "the beef people" IDK what was wrong with them, but they were half like, a paste!! Like liver paté or something, totally gross! Very disappointed for spending crazy money, expecting quality meat, and getting some Walmart grade bullshit! And I started off giving a 4 star review, til I put some thought into it. They close the seafood section at like 6, the deli at 630. There's one cashier after 7, and nobody at all after 8! I have a job!! I don't need to overpay to ring up my own groceries!! Self checkout is a total crock!! I'm paying you to work here?? Nah! Their selection is good, prices keep going up, there's an Aldi's a half mile up the road and their store brand items are almost always better than any name brand, at a fraction of the cost!! Bring a quarter for your cart and your own bags and check...

This has to do with the outside of this store. It is absolutely filthy! The trash by the dumpsters is all over the parking lot. There are liquor bottles all over the parking lot. It stinks there are flies and rats everywhere! It's absolutely disgusting to see the amount of food that Winn-Dixie wastes on a daily basis. They fill their dumpster with meats, bakery goods, deli and produce department almost every day. It's a shame to see the waste! But they do not keep the outside of the store clean. It's absolutely disgusting. I'm thinking about calling code enforcement because it's unhealthy...
