I spent an hour of my day here to never even get what I ordered. First I went through the drive through and was immediately told it would be a minute before someone could take my order. 10 minutes go by and there are 5-6 cars now waiting behind me and I still have not heard from an employee to take my order. I said hello multiple times and never heard from anyone. I decide to then pull out of the drive through and back in the lot to one of the individual car stalls. It takes a while before someone finally takes my order. After about 20 minutes of waiting I get my order and it’s not correct. I press the red button again and wait about 5 minutes and no one answers so I flag down an employee and explain I ordered a recharged cream slush and he says okay I’ll go make it. A lady who I believe was the manager then came to my car after another 5-10 minutes and says they can’t make that drink, I ask why and she said she could make it but would have to charge me full price for a redbull which was about $4 and the drink itself. This makes zero sense as I paid for the recharge drink and just requested it to be a slush. She was extremely rude the way she spoke to me, especially after having waited an hr for 2 drinks, a pretzel and cheese bites. In today's episode of Reasons to No Longer Do Business with Sonic on Commercial, I ordered two soft drinks using the app at approximately 7 pm. I arrived to the location by 7:06 and pulled up to a small. THIRTY MINUTES LATEE I was still waiting for my drinks!!! I pushed the red button again and they said that they didn't have any record of my order and there was nothing they could do! what the hell?! I just paid almost $10 and got NOTHING!
Service and quality at this location has went downhill dramatically the last 5 or so months. I had been doing business here 4-7 times a week but from now on, I'll drive farther to get my drinks and eats even if it costs more in the end. Read moreThis has to be the worst Sonic. They either must be chronically understaffed, or their employees just really could care less. The first time I went, I waited thirty minutes, moved to a new stall, and waited 30 more minutes before finally giving up and leaving, never having even placed an order. At that time, one of their employees even came out for her smoke break and was smoking right next to my car! I had to roll up my windows because her second hand smoke was coming into my car, and my two year old was in her car seat in the back seat!! This time I waited 15 minutes, and had just put my car in reverse when the guy came over the intercom to take my order. After placing the order, 15 more minutes for my corn dogs, and not even an apology about the long wait when he came out to give me the order. If you want Sonic, I'd recommend avoiding this location even if you have to drive a little further. I'm pretty much decided never to come back...
