Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

I went into the S. Limestone store for only the second time. First experience was just ok so I figured I'd try again since my granddaughter requested it and we happened to be right there. #1 no welcome in, no smile nothing but, " Next, what kind of bread you want?" I answered and Before I could take a breath he says, " Meat you want?". I answer, this time a little quicker lol because I'm wanting to tell him I'd like the bread toasted just a lil before the meat was put on but nope he slaps the meat on so fast. I then tell him how I wanted it so he dumps the meat on the paper, heats bread then I tell him all the veggies I'd like and keeps asking me what else after I say tomato 3 times and still no tomato. Finally, get tomatoes and tell him I'd like a CUP of Sweet onion sauce, he starts squirting it all over my sub. I walk AWAY! I literally feel rushed through the whole process. No, thank you sir. I don't want you to remake the sub. PTSD is real and it takes a lot for some to even get out doors and be in public. For those people I don't recommend this...

I live down the street from this one tryed this place over an over chance after chance count 12-14 times 10 to 12 more than I ever should of .....but ill dive to derr road or further if I ever want subway again!! this place for real gives subway a bad name bad rep an BADFOOD ...every time iv gone they treated my sub like there choking something to death. it become a rolled taco but worse burnt slop...I wish corpit would do something its not cool how they treat costumers or the subs they make smh ...like im sorry you hate your job if that's it but don't reflect that in to an on the food of the buyer find a deffent job fam or change your life...my wife had even worse times....other than this one spot Springfield subways sub stations are great n good only reason way I am willing to go miles out to grab myself and the wife one or goodies they...

Usually, I love Subway. Today, I chose curbside pickup because I had my client with me. I checked in when I arrived and waited... Four people came, ordered and left with their food before anybody came out with mine. After I received the notification that my food was ready, I waited for almost fifteen minutes. The staff who brought it didn't smile at me, didn't apologize for my wait, moved as slowly as he possibly could and was holding my food sideways, which wouldn't be a problem if my client hadn't ordered a protein bowl! I gave only two stars because the food was...
