Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

My boyfriend got fired today after I showed up needing to go to the hospital. He even offered to stay till they needed and the manager said, "she walked her just fine tell her to walk to the Hospital." which is like over an hour walk away. So my boyfriend lost his job because I needed to go in and do not want to pay for Ambulance. The girls who work there have always been rude and one of them even changed the dates on a bunch of food so that she did not have to re-prep anything before their inspection. Ordered from carGO and whoever was answering the phone tonight was very rude. I called because carGO said that Subway hadn’t confirmed the order for pickup and it had been over 30 minutes since I ordered. I then called Subway because I wanted to know if there was anything they needed to do or if I could come pick up the food myself? I apologized to the guy on the phone and said it wasn’t his fault in which he told me “no, it isn’t my fault and it isn’t my problem!” I’m sorry, but when you work at the place making the food, it is your problem if the customer is dissatisfied! So I went into this Subway yesterday evening, as I'm standing there waiting for my sandwich which was toasted and sat on the board and got so cold the cashier was checking another customer out but then I noticed the worker still had her gloves on and came back to my sandwich without washing her hands or changing her gloves. It made me very upset I did not say anything to that worker bc I just wanted my food. I don't think I'll ever be going back to...
