Completely botched our order. No cream/sugars brought with order, as requested. When properly tipped and requested they bring the missing cream/sugar, the waitress gave facial expressions making it out as if it was an inconvenience. The root beer float was not made properly (requested blended), then the waitress argued that it was blended (even though the ice cream was clearly sitting on top). Tater tots were spilled in the bottom of the bag. One of the two burritos had a long hair in it. The second burrito wasn’t made correctly, missing parts that had been specifically requested. When we asked the manager to bring the missing parts of the burrito out so we could talk with him, after five minutes of waiting, he came out and made it out as if it was an inconvenience to help us and stated he’s got “seven others” - whatever that means. He did not take the messed up food. We bagged the messed up food and set it out on the metal ordering station, at which the car-hop couldn’t help but repeatedly freak out as we pulled away. The replacement for the hairy burrito was disgusting - couldn’t eat it. It was one of the most poorly made burritos I’ve ever eaten at a Sonic location. We left and won’t be back. Read moreFirst time visit here and I didn't know they were about to close. I heard their frozen drinks were really good. So I clicked to order and was told to wait. While waiting an attendant that was coming back in came over and told me that their system was down and they couldn't take any orders. I thought she meant they couldn't take it from the board. But she just said "sorry" and walked off. They were taking orders out to other customers but suddenly they couldn't take mine. All I wanted was a drink. Then just after she walked off someone answered me on the speaker and said "sorry were closed" and then they were gone. Now I clicked the order button before they were closed, and other people were still coming in while I was experiencing this. I understand people want to get out of there but the attendant should have taken my order. Very disappointing customer service.. I now know their closing times and might try again another time. Read moreThe food was great. A point I feel I need to make, however, is that not everyone speaks Sonic (or even restaurant) lingo. My husband was paying for 3 people's orders on one bill. When he said "on the 1st order," whomever took the order should have (should always) clarify whether the orders are going to be paid for together, or separately. It turned out that they separated 3 "orders" into 3 tickets. It's never been a problem till today, when the terminal declined his card on the 2nd ticket. We were informed, in that instant, that "the system" won't allow a customer to pay for 3 separate orders with the same card, debit or credit. Not everyone has 3 separate cards to choose from, fellers! Fortunately, we do, but it still took 2 return trips from the server to get yet another card, as she didn't even know, immediately, that separate cards were required, nor did anyone offer to re-ring the orders onto a...
