Visited the Springfield, TN location and received the dryest, tasteless and cold pulled pork sandwiches ever. The pulled pork had no taste and was dried out and the bread eas tough/stale. My daughter ordered the Barbecue nachos that consisted of meat, cheese and stale nacho chips. There was nothing Barbecue about it. This place is terrible and should reconsider even being in business. You certainly cannot compare this place to any other Whitts Barbecue, if you do you will definitely be DISAPPOINTED! This isn't my first bad experience with this location. If I could give zero stars I would, but let's just say the 1 star is for the young lady who took my order, she was friendly and polite, other than that I would not recommend this...
Read moreI ordered thru Premium Foods the Family Pack #1 for my mom and I. I placed the order online at 2:30 p.m. and asked for it to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. i got a message at 6:34 saying the driver had just arrived at restaurant. When he got here he told me he showed I didn't place order until 5:55 p.m. Not only was the food late getting her the barbecue isnt very good. Doesn't really taste like barbecue and we got a little bitty cup of some kind of watery vinegary stuff that was suppose to be sauce. Will never order barbecue...
Read moreAlways have enjoyed Whitt’s locations since mid 80’s. Have eaten at this Springfield location maybe 4 or 5 times in past 10 years. Tonight was last time for me. Spent 45 dollars on a slab of ribs and a family meal. All the meat was definitely heated up in microwave. Baked beans had 3 times the onions needed in the portion size. Condition of the building, parking lot, drive- thru should have been an indication of decline of this location. Feel like I just wasted me money. No redeeming qualities....
