Definitely a nice new and modern store without any care for customer service. I did order in the app like always for the rewards and just because it’s easier. When you walk in and there are 5 kiosk screens; the standard 3 on the wall between the counter and dining along with 2 right where you would normally place your order. No one will approach you to place your order. No menus to be found on the wall. If you can navigate the app you will have no issues since the kiosk is the app. I did notice the different groups ahead of me took longer to order due to being unfamiliar with the kiosks. Truthfully finding anything in the app if you are unfamiliar is sometimes a chore. My order was not right but I didn’t say anything since I was fine with item I got instead. Store seemed to be staffed well and food was out fairly quickly. I did notice an elderly lady come in and eventually leave after 10 minutes. Know one from the store acknowledged that she was there or even might need help. One person leaving attempted to help her as well as I did before she reached her frustration level and left. This is one customer that Taco Bell just might have lost and will never get back because of the insistence of being less hands on with the customers and pushing technology. For me I love the location, it’s clean, the workers are clean cut and I am an avid user of the app so I will be a return customer.

Went there at about 1:45am. Was asked if I was a mobile app order or Door Dash driver? I replied "No" I just wanted to order food at the drive thru. The worker's tone of voice got a little rude which was weird but whatever. I asked for a Crunchwrap Supreme and a chicken quesadilla. The chicken quesadilla was fine. However the Crunchwrap supreme was absolutely inedible. The tortilla had been cooked way too long. To the point it wasn't soft but hard and couldn't be properly folded. The inside was just a bunch of stuff mashed up inside it. Needless to say I'll never eat at that location again.

**Update. Got a mexican pizza. Asked twice to have it put on top not bottom of bag. It ended up on the bottom, again. Mexican pizza was on bottom of bag. I know a flat box should at the bottom but it didn't withstand the weight. Good service but smashed food Update- went back again. The chalupas and hard tacos tasted like they were made at opening and served to us at 10pm. Food was trash and that's hard to say at Taco Bell

2nd time in a row I've gone there and gotten home and found that I didn't have certain food items and cant go back bc its a half hour walk each way..... Last time and the quesadilla was missing when the combo is the only thing i ordered And today they actually shouted out my order saying "4 potato tacos" instead of my spanish name (different from my screen name i dont share online but its not hard to pronounce) when the same person had just shouted my friend's american name- not saying they're all racist but it was just really rude of her to not even try to say it its very easy, its pronounced just how it looks, but i its just crazy that they even said what it was out loud and they still shorted me a taco... Also ‼️ they are kiosk only so if you are DISABLED or have trouble with the touch screen you wont be able to shop here unless an employee comes out and orders for you which of course they're not trained to do and most people don't consider that there are disabled people who can't do some basic things so the response you will most likely get is a grunting teenager bc they don't pay their workers enough for most adults who pay bills to work there, and you can't make special requests on it such as a side of lettuce.... Anything at the cost of the consumer to not have to pay for...

The entire place was dirty. Floor unmopped and trash everywhere. Every table was dirty. An older couple had to ask for a rag to clean it themselves and an employee came out and cleaned their one table. No one else in the building except our party (3) and the older couple. No one in drive thru and order took nearly 10 mins to get there. Forced to order from a kiosk (which is nerve wracking due to an immune disorder and the state of the restaurant). Cooks were friendly.

One person wasn’t working or in uniform and walked the entire back part of the store multiple times. Wiping his nose with hand. Didn’t look like he’d showered in a couple days. Got a drink from the drive thru and continued to walk around talking to the cooks about waiting for his new iPhone to be delivered at 7….but his shift was supposed to start at 7…. Overall he was not nice when addressing the older couple who was extremely pleasant. I’ve sat in this lobby for 45 mins and NONE of the crew has attempted to wipe down a single table, sweep or mop the floor, and there’s only been 4 people come in the store since...
