I dont usually leave a flat 1 star rating, I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but after many visits to this restaurant, I would have to say they have a LONG road ahead of them.
Starting with their employees... there is absolutely no reason why an employee that has been properly trained, would not know the dishes being served and on top of that would have an attitude about working there?
They have been open for months now, and still have to wait over 40 minutes for 1 kung Pao and an order of dumplings? They had 2 cars waiting ahead of me and they were both upset about it as well.
One instance, Me and my wife walked in there at 7:01 pm on a Friday, They had a ladder in the main entrance of which I had to go under while a gentleman was working up in the ceiling doing something, i remember thinking to myself, hopefully this guy does not drop anything while im walking by. We were looking at the menu and a young lady approached us and asked us what we would like to order, while we looked at the menu, ahe was approached by another girl and said something to her bery quietly and then turned to us and said: "our lobby closes at 7". I asked why and she just said because they do. I asked, can we still order to go? And she said we would have to go through the drive through.... and to have a good night. I was like, wow!
Today was the final straw, I find myself driving across town just to go to the other location even though this one is on my way home every day. They have the recipe for success, their other location is witness to this, but yet they are falling short on...
Read moreThe food here is flavorful, delicious and very well made. Every vegetable in the vegetable lo mein, which was loaded with them, was cooked perfectly and the noodles were as well. Nothing was mushy or overly crunchy, they really nailed a perfect cook. The portions were very reasonable, the price was reasonable, and everything tasted like it was made fresh. The downside was the wait, but if everything is made fresh, it's worth it to me, but i definitely won'tgo there when im in a hurry. I had the Beijing chicken combo and my wife had vegetable lo mein, and we waited about 15-20mins in the drive thru. The Beijing chicken was indicated to be spicy, and it was enough to warrant the warning but not really that spicy. Just enough to make your mouth feel warm. There was a good ratio of rice, chicken and sauce so that all of it could be covered in sauce without a soupy mess. The egg roll was so good I had to ask them if they're made in-house, but they are not. The crab rangoon was a good balance of sweet and savory. All in all, we were very happy with our meal and definitely plan on going back to try more items...

After taking mine and my boyfriend’s oder, our server Marriah, asked us how our day has been we said good and asked her, she told us she had been there since they opened (we were there at 6:30) and she said she was working until close. She had so much energy I wouldn’t have guessed she’d been there all day. As we enjoyed our meal, I saw her taking our multiple orders to people in the drive-thru, and she greeted all customers so kindly. She was very upbeat!
The food was unbelievably quick, before we even finished filling up our cups the food came out!! I’ve never had my food come faster than tonight. Our meals were delicious. I had sweet and sour and my boyfriend ordered sesame chicken. We loved the food! A great amount of food especially for the price.
The atmosphere was wonderful. Very clean, multiple games at each table to enjoy, and they even have to-go boxes out along with other things you may need (salt, sauces, fortune cookies,...
