My experience tonight at the Taco Bell drive thru at 3511 W Chestnut Expy, Springfield, MO 65802 I placed my order as I normally do at Taco Bell. After placing the order I was given a total but not asked if I needed anything else. I then advised I needed a lot of mild sauce. I did not hear anything else after my request. I needed to order an extra side of salsa for the taco salad but did not have a chance. My thought as I drove up to the window was I would be able to simply request the item when I got to the window. When I got to the window, the person at the window never even acknowledged me as a customer. She took one order and then another order, turned and held out her hand for payment as she proceeded to take another order. Never once did she speak to me, advise amount or anything. When she brought back my change, she handed me my change and walked away. I kept trying to get her attention to ask for extra salsa but was ignored the entire time. Then when she was bringing my food to me, the extra mild sauce was just sitting on top of the boxes and was falling on the floor as she was carrying the boxes. I advised "Can we put the sauces in a bag as they are visibly falling as you are carrying them". I heard an audible sigh from the employee and several huffs as she went to put the sauces in a bag and bring them to me. At this time I asked for the extra salsa and also for additional mild sauces due to what was brought to me was not sufficient. She then advised, with an attitude, if I give you salsa I have to charge you fifty cents. I advised this is ridiculous and to get a manager, She then repeated that extra salsa was fifty cents. I advised I will pay the fifty cents but I need a manager. When the manager came, her name was Zandy, she asked the employee what was going on, got the extra salsa and advised they normally charged for the salsa but don't worry about it and looked at me like that was suppose to handle my complaint, without even asking me what was wrong or what my complaint was. I asked if she was the manager and her name. She said yes and provided her name. I asked for the number to contact someone to complain. She advised it was on my receipt. I knew at that time it was pointless to continue and advise what I actually was upset about due to no one actually even was willing to talk to me. I would recommend that if this is the front facing customer service this Taco Bell desires, then please put in Kiosk where I can put my order in myself and pay myself and then just pick up the order at the window. It is better to have no human interaction with a customer and provide a good product than to have the negative human interaction I had this evening. Oh, by the way, when I arrived home and was getting the food out, I realized that they never gave me the large Dr. Pepper to go...
Read morewell hi folks, I got to tell you this Taco Bell's excellent. If you read all of my reviews or some of my reviews you know that me and Bonnie just love the hell out of us at some Taco Bell. it's really the only place to get authentic Mexican food anywhere north of the Border. But you know that. Lovely sauce genuine quesos. We had ice tea and boy it was delicious. This particular Bell, offered a Ranchero Ranchero burrito Bean. Never heard of such a thing, guess it was a local thing, they said there was a man named Marcus Gibraltar that used to be a janitor. He came up with it and everybody loves it. Ask for the Ranchero Ranchero, you will not be disappointed. Or I guess you might be, but if that's the case, you're too darn picky.! You're at a Taco Bell! Did you see a Ritz-Carlton sign on top of the door when you walked in? No you did not. Because this is a Taco Bell. Anyway the place is very nice, it's very clean, and Connie said the women's restroom was quite delightful. She couldn't find it for a minute, but then the nice man that works outside sweeping the parking lot decided to show her in. He got it all the way back even walk her into the restroom. She was in there for about 2 hours. I believe she might have caught a bit of a bug before we came in there, because when she came out, she was red and splotchy, very sweaty, hair was in such the disarray, she was flushed, and quite light headed. but that didn't stop us from enjoying this delicious Mexican cuisine. who is man outside by the dumpsters that everybody called The Dookie. I bought a parcel of yayo from the young lad, his prices were very reasonable and product was excellent. I highly recommend the dookie... He knows his Yayo. He invited Connie back to see him work, kind of like take a kid to workday kind of deal, I guess. She said she's going to do it I think that would be just fine. Bottom line for great Mexican food go to this Taco Bell order the Ranchero Ranchero something Mexican burrito Bean....
Read moreWell I do love Taco Bell I must have to say, even though the timeline said that I visited 2 weeks ago but I had not I was at home they have changed their cooking ways I should say I really do not order Taco Bell too much anymore only for one they are getting skimpy on their meat and everything and I say no tomatoes every time cuz I'm highly allergic to him but yet they will have them on it I take it back in and all they do is just take them off the taco it's the juice that is still there and people don't realize that or don't think about it when people is allergic or say they allergic to something they cannot have it the workers Taco Bell has not worked in anybody else's shoes in order to find out exactly what an allergic reaction will do to a person
Stop skimping on the beef and the tacos and when somebody says extra sour cream that means extra sour cream they would be paying for it or they would not be asking I ordered a steak gordita one time I think that's what it was our chalupa there was only three pieces of meat and about 15 trucks of tomatoes I was so angry I repeatedly said no tomatoes pleaseand they still stuck it on my tacos and everything and I end up getting mad and I threw it at him to the drive through window and I took off and that's the last time I have been there and I don't think I will return and that there would be the Taco Bell on glenstone past division...
