This rating is solely based on how long it takes for an order to be placed, paid, and receiving the order and headed out of this particular location. As for their coffee my daughter drinks it and we go every Tuesday and Thursday. She's biased and loves every coffee she's ever gotten. So 5 stars for variety, taste and says you get more coffee for the money due to the sizes. Now this is why I give this location 3 stars. I can honestly say that when I arrive we bet on which side will have faster service. Needless to say I pick the wrong lane 4 outta 5 times here. Its either someone chatting up the girl taking the order or a car ordering for an office. Oh yea and/or a car load of people who have never had coffee there before.(this day was a almost 20 minutes before reaching the cashier!) Then I feel the biggest slow down is from getting it made to the person ordering. It's usually the cashiers being chatted up by young men. I understand this is going to happen, but I I have a daughter but I feel if this is literally happening every time I go up there that the supervisors need to put a timer on their registers to move the lines along. They have them in fast food restaurants. They might even have them there already. Its just not enforced. So would I go here again. YES, I because there's not another option of a 7brew on the way to her school. If there was I'd try the other one too. Since she likes it and we haven't gotten to school late but 1 time. Read moreI have always loved the location on/off West Bypass but after today will go anywhere other than this location. The staff gossips about the customers and when management ( Hailey) was confronted she actually made the excuse that customers think they are being talked about when really they are talking about an entirely different customer. Seriously? This is considered acceptable behavior that is justifiable? How about a culture of kindness and not gossiping… and if staff can’t help themselves - have enough tact and decency to not do it when there is a customer on the premises? The fact that this and more was brought up to this person identified as a manager and as I called her out about the staff - the more her face contorted and her stance and posture became defensive the more I am convinced she was the problem and also the person I was complaining about. She is in a position of LEADERSHIP and has the RESPONSIBILITY of promoting the mission, values, and culture of 7 Brew. I called corporate and left a request for a callback to discuss the matter further because I WILL NOT GIVE MY TIME OR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT CONDONES THIS BEHAVIOR. It’s disgraceful and tacky. Read moreI came here Saturday March 2 6:30 pm. There were 2 cars in one lane and 1 in the other ahead of me. I opted to go into the one with 1 car. I was in a little bit of a hurry and it was taking a while for the car in front of me the other lane had already finished and was on the second car. I moved over. These girls saw that I had been there. These girls completely ignored me. They didn't greet me. They Instead proceeded to take the order of the person who got there after me as soon as they pulled up. I was sitting at the window and both women were not helping me, were not interested in taking my order, didn't smile, didn't say hi .. nothing. Terrible experience.
