I don’t know if I went on a bad night or if the service and the food is always this bad. I came to the drive-through a little after five and ordered five chicken sandwiches. They were cold. I turned around to go inside and a little after 5 PM for some reason you couldn’t get in Any of the doors there wasn’t a sign that said why but none of them opened. I went back the drive-through and asked for the manager to politely Requested these be remade I got a young girl on the other end and I don’t know if she’s manager or if she just decided to put herself in that place but coming from somebody who is a manager I think she handled it very Poorly there was no apology. There was no customer consideration whatsoever in her tone or in her presence. I could tell she wasn’t a real manager or just very poorly trained. Either way I asked her to remake them. I came up to the front to give her the one minute she tells me she can’t take it She needs it back, so there was another question on whether or not she was actually a manager, and it was pretty shady to say you can’t take it and then take it because I don’t want you remaking the same old food that has been sitting, but regardless, I gave her the bag because I didn’t need extra sandwiches that wasn’t my intention. I pulled around and immediately she brought me out the bag again again because I just ordered them and not even 15 seconds later you’re walking out the door with them and again she just hand me the bag and says here you go and walk away no apology again no gratitude for you know letting them know about the mistake with some positive feedback like nothing. It was almost like it was an inconvenience for me to have them fix the mistake, which again makes me think. I didn’t actually get a manager or a very poorly trained one and if my fiancé didn’t have to be at work. I probably would’ve spoke to her, but I didn’t have time but I’m hoping maybe it was just a bad night or she was having a bad day but either way it Was a pretty unpleasant situation and I probably won’t go back. I definitely will not...
Read moreHorrible horrible horrible! This is the worst KFC ever, in fact most of the KFC restaurants are horrible. Going through the drive through and the person taking my order asked for the name on the order gave my name even spelled for her and heard another person in the background say my name in a mimicking type of way then then the person taking the order called me by the wrong name over and over and over, I wasn't going to put up with that type of unprofessional behavior used a few choice words then told the dumb person I was canceling my order, then while leaving the parking lot two guys with KFC swag were standing at the entrance and I stopped and told them the worse KFC in history the one with the cheesy looking beard told me to get off HIS property yes some choice words came out of my mouth, and I told him this isn't your property and he said I'm the manager here and I thought while I drove off you are a manager then maybe you should train your people to be more professional and courteous towards consumers that want to come to KFC and spend $15 to $30 on some sub par food, he also told me not to come back wow, like he owns KFC with his name tag attached to his little KFC chicken hat and his cheesy red beard, I admit I should not of used foul language, but I'm not the one who is going to put up with someone calling me by my name wrong after I spelled it for them, I don't care if their 16 to 130 years old that was just disrespectful and unprofessional, he also threatened me by walking towards my car in a threatening manner, I want these people fired, they would be better at ditch digging than ever being in the food service industry. If you read reviews about this particular KFC most are similar horrible, horrible, horrible. My thought is they didn't have the food prepared and didn't want to prepare it, that in reality they had already closed up the inside and this took place around 7:15...
Read moreWhen going through the drive-thru, the sign is misleading. They have items displayed where they should not be. For instance, if you want a K15 (2 Chicken Littles) there are two options below that. The first option is the combo, and then the second option says "Sandwich Only". When you choose the second option, they will only give you one of the two Chicken Littles for $2.00 (or two for $3.58); even though, the option is under the K15 red title. Meaning, If they are just going to offer ONE Chicken Little Sandwich, it should not be under the red titled subcategory of the TWO Chicken Littles (K15).
When being confronted about the price. Their excuse is that the item is a promotional item, and that their price of $3.58 for two was correct. A promotional item is when an item is promoted and advertised to the public as a special item through different means. These different means are such as: ads shown on the television or internet, special signs displayed on menus and windows, and worded advertisement on their logo's display sign. I have not seen any of these done for this product. The only thing I had seen promoted was the $5 Fill-Up. In addition, if it was truly a promotion, then it would have not been under the regular K15 section on the drive-thru...
