It's been a year since last review, absolutely the worst place to go in Springtown the night shift is terrible, food is worse and that's is you get there correct order. Don't think about asking for your money back either. They informed me that they don't give refunds I would need to talk to the store manager during the day I agreed and asked for a receipt to which I was told no. The said they already gave me One and would not let me speak to the manager or tell me her name.
I don't know what happened to this place but on 4 different occasions my wife and I have went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 different Iced coffee drinks. On each of those visits morning was said about the iced coffee machine being down, we would pay and go to the next window to bed told to either pull up to the last window or park to wait for our food and drinks. Each time we would recieve the food and I would have to stop them and ask about the drinks. They would then say" Sorry the iced coffee and mocha machines aren't working. Do you want a coke or something else? I would tells them just to give me a refund for the drinks only. They would then tell me that they don't give refunds. Upon asking for a manager they would get really snappy and tell me she was busy and was not going to talk to me. Not to mention one employee said that the manager said the only way I would get a refund is if that employee went to her car and gave it to me from her personal money. I went in to see if the manager would then speak to me and waited about 6-8 minutes before anytime would even acknowledge my presence. Finally a young man approved me and said, WHAT!!?? I asked for the manager and he said she ain't got time for your complaint, come back during the week when the store manager is here. Then refused to tell me what the manager on shifts name was. Read moreLet me start off by saying that of all the places I thought I'd be leaving a review for I never thought it'd be a McDonald's. To start, their drive thru is beyond inconsistent. It'd be different if this was a one time thing, but I'd say 97 percent of the time I go to this Mcdonalds specifically my order is almost always incorrect, or it looks like a one eyed, one legged dog put my order together, and then handed it off to The Hulk who then proceeded to smash all of my items into the bag. I've never been to a worse McDonalds than this location. A crackhead under a bridge could serve me a better meal than what I could get from this McDonalds, and in half the time too. I've waited in this McDonalds drive thru longer than I have on I-35 during rush hour traffic with a car crash blocking the highway. You'd figure at least one of the employees would have some sense of urgency when it comes to preparing orders, but that remains to be seen. The managers don't care about anything, and when I try to call to have a mistake corrected half the time the phone line gives a busy signal. I've been to a lot of terrible places in my life, but this place takes the cake. I can't say I'm too disappointed seeing as these inconsistencies happen all too often, and I've started to just get used to the fact that I'll never get a perfect order from this place. If I could only shut down one business in my life of all the businesses in the entirety of the milky way galaxy I would use that one on this...
Read moreI wouldn't give any starts but it makes you. This has been the worst mcdonalds. Its starts with management thats what creates and teaches your employees. So somewhere is really needing help. Im not one to complain but enough is enough. My kids love this place so I continue to come for them. But everytime it's missing something. They Wana call you a liar and everything else under the sun. You know I spend anywhere from 20 to 57 dollars a time times about 5 to 6 times a week. 2xs a day. Its crazy. Left the condiments out of the bag that is suppose to go woth the meals tell them nicely can even prove it and they charge me for what comes with the meal and what's left out. So you pay double double for mcdonalds mistakes how is that right. We pay for our own mistakes daily and it's not right to go somewhere all the time and pay for others mistakes. Why is it so hard to read a screen or take an order and actually listen pay attention and not rush your guest. Im sorry but something has to change. Iv been in food for over 20 years as well thats why I dont complain. But nothing has changed in 8 years...
