This Zaxby lacks professionalism and training in all aspects of the restaurant industry. I ordered a family pack of 20 chicken fingers, was told to pull up and wait 4 minutes for fresh chicken. After being parked for 20 minutes and numerous cars pulling out with their food, I decided to enter the establishment to check on my order. I approach the counter and notice several employees on their phones being unproductive. Upon identifying the young lady that took my money at the drive thru, I proceeded to ask her about my order, she looks me in the face and walks off to the druve thru, at which time I waited another 2 minutes for someone to come over and I requested a manager. Upon summoning the manager, he comes around the corner and its the same guy that gave me my change and asked me to pull up and wait. I ask him where is my food and he proceeds to say, I thought they brought your food out to you, (asking the same girl that I had just asked) she replies no and walked off. Read moreI only give a 4 star instead of a 5 because of the experience I had with the cashier I had. I came in on March 17th around 6:04pm, & as I was ordering mine & my husbands to go order, I couldn’t really hear what the cashier was saying, as she was very soft spoken & it was loud in the restaurant from people & the kitchen, so I had to kindly ask multiple times what she had said since I couldn’t hear her, but she got very irritated with me, which I can understand it’s annoying to have to repeat yourself, but in customer service, you shouldn’t show your frustration to your customers, especially directed towards them. I also had asked for some fry seasoning on the side, & she looked at me like I was dumb & asked “fry seasoning?” Like she didn’t know what it was. But I remained kind & explained to her what I meant by fry seasoning. I don’t appreciate having someone make me feel dumb for asking a question in customer service. The service is SO slow, probably because the entire staff is teenagers who stand around laughing and playing on their phones. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with 4 different people before a slightly older guy finally walked by and helped me. Also, the building itself is GROSS. Why am I looking at dead bugs while I eat? This is the second time I’ve noticed bugs here, and again- if the kids would put their phones down and work, maybe they could clean up some. Even if they just picked up the trash that is everywhere.
