Honestly I don't know whats up with this place. So apparently the KFC is staffed fine. But if you want taco bell? You're screwed for time. You could be waiting up to 30 minutes, and that's AFTER you order (plus it's almost always wrong). I honestly don't understand why they would even have a combination restaurant if they can't do some kind of double hiring system and cross train everyone. Because apparently the Taco Bell part is super understaffed. Plus, I believe it's the manager, is super super super rude for no reason. Like she hates her job and she hates her life so she takes it out on everyone else. Like I get it, it's hard out there, but everyone else doesn't deserve your anger. Go to therapy or something, because spreading negativity gets you nowhere and eventually you're going to get fired and have no life. Edit: if you want nacho fries, lower your expectations to 0. You'll get regular plain fries or slightly dusted nacho fries. I've gotten nacho fries from here about a dozen times and maybe 3 times were they made correctly. And only ONCE did I get a decent portion. Every other time I barely get 15 fries. They will also forget to pack half your order. And by the time you get down the road and notice or get home, it's too late and your money is down the drain. And they may offer something like a credit or replacement if you call, but let's be honest, are you really going to go back anytime soon just to get a replacement? Not many would. So money down the drain. I can't believe how a location in a small town area can be so ridiculous. There's lots of people that need jobs and since not many businesses, you'd think lots would apply. And then you'd also think they'd keep only the competent and hopefully nice people. But nope. Honestly, whether you live here or just passing through, please don't bother. You'll have crap food, missing food, time wasted, rude employees or missing money. I guarantee the good reviews on here are probably just bribes or very lucky they had a good experience. My advice is to skip kfc/taco bell period because they will #&@/ you. But maybe it's just me, I'll tell you my experience and you decide. So I stopped to pick up some chicken at Taco Bell/ KFC, something quick to throw on a salad ( I was not in the mood to cook) . I place my order, yes I want a large order of popcorn chicken, I pulled up, I paid the $5.96 for the large popcorn chicken and drive off. I noticed the bag seems light so I stop In the parking lot and I'm amazed, its the smallest box possible I'm not sure what they would put a small order in. It containing roughly 18 pieces of popcorn chicken' okay maybe 20. Was this really a large. No way what was in the bag obviously there was a mistake so I go inside I go to the counter and the manager approaches and I say yes ma'am is this a large popcorn chicken and hold it up and she says yes sir it is. I'm not sure what to say so i say well okay I'm going to need some more chicken what about strips three strips that should do it. No problem and $7.00 later out the door I go. I understand in today's world that prices are going up daily on everything, but that's crazy! The LARGE popcorn chicken weighed in at a whopping 5.6 oz and 3 strips 5.3 oz. And it really may be just me but I will be taking a pass on kfc/taco bell...

All I ordered was 2 quesadillas 1 cheese and 1 chicken and 2 tacos and the women on the headset I think her names Kat or whatever was rude ash right off the bat. And continued through the whole order to be rude. We waited 15 minutes to get our food. Just to make it home and it be all wrong. I tried calling the store over an hour and a half before they closed to clear up the situation over 9 TIMES. Nobody answered the phone. So is this how businesses work?? We just ignore the phone when we’re done ordering?? This women is rude to us Everytime we go through. If Taco Bell cared about making money they would hire people who actually had some customer service.. in my opinion if you’re gonna work with the public you should have a smile on your face, clearly this women doesn’t care about the job she works so why is she there?
