China Wok — Restaurant in Spruce Pine

Nasty,cold, slop. Id rather eat my own puke than this eat at this place. I admit that when this place first opened from being in that tiny building on the side that this place was great, I could have ate here every day, but after that first year mile stone there food starting going down hill and fast. The biggest mistake I EVER made was going here about 4 hours before closing.. there was NOT a single person in there other than my family and there was maybe 10 things on the buffet. They wanted us to pay before we sat down and now I know why. We all sat there waiting on them to bring out more food, but that never happened. About 10 minutes after being there and starting to eat whatever was available two people came out with a mop and a 5 gallon bucket of what smelled like pure bleach.. if there was any water in it I would be surprised, because I felt high from smelling it and my daughter refused to eat, said she felt sick. It was ridiculous, so we asked for our money back and they REFUSED...they wouldn't even give us 10% off or anything. Last time there and I will rot in my grave before I EVER thin of going back here...a cold day in hell before that...

Been here a few times and the food has been ok , only problem is the lady that sits you is very rude ! She likes standing beside us while we are eating and want stop watching us eat , tries taking our plate before we are even finish . It's every time we have gone here . Just really makes you feel uncomfortable and like we are supposed to hurry up and leave! Don't know if she knows but it is rude to keep staring at people ! And this time the food wasn't good at all , almost like some of it was made and left over the day before . Just not happy at all and main reason we will not return here is that rude , no manner lady that just can't keep her...

Food just keeps getting worse , nasty inside, rude employees, been 5 or 6 times and has gotten worse . We have gotten the same waiter Everytime we have been and she likes standing beside our table watching us eat , makes us feel really uncomfortable! Takes our plate before we are finished .
