Had to get a battery today and the employees were really nice and helpful. The young lady Riley came out with Levi and she changed my battery for me. Car was still having issues and Levi came out to take another look and said what it might be and he told me I may want to have it towed to a shop to find out for sure. He would hate to have me break down driving. Riley on her way out stopped to check on me and tell me she was sorry about my car. Their prices are cheaper here and their customer service...

I had a bad battery for our Kia and managed to get the car to Autozone here in town. The young man working the desk quickly helped determine there was a bad cell in the battery. However, the battery was an Advance Auto battery so he couldn't do a warranty switch out. He called Kevin over at Advance and he hopped over very quickly with a replacement at no charge.
