Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in St. Cloud

I was at the 2423 location. There was two gals working, I asked the older woman if they had scones.. She looked up from her paperwork rolled her eyes pointed at the menu board and very RUDELY said that everything they had was on the board and walked away..I asked the nice young lady who the general manager was and she said it was the rude woman and called her over.. I turned to walk out and the manager (in a very abrasive tone) exclaimed that I need to exit the store from the other door.. now (I understand that we have covid rules) but I was the only person in the shop..Without a doubt the worst service I have experienced.. I dont like being treated like a child!! Starbucks...

This place may be a bit smaller than most caribous but it is by far the nicest. Since moving to saint cloud I really am finding it hard to talk to people at stores etc. Seems like everyone is a bit snobby in this town but this place the customer service is top notch. They fixed an order for me from a Uber eats order!! The general manager was so nice and talked at length with me and gave me a free drink which I still need to pick up. Overall very good. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that but the hot chocolate is very good. The reason for the 3 is that the employees that I have had serving me are so sour faced and not even greeting customers with a smile. I have been there when busy and when not busy so that is not the issue. I know that some customers can be jerks but if you work in a service industry you need to let that go and move on to the next interaction. Obviously if someone is harassing or abusive that is not ok. I hope the manager(s) are supporting their team members so they can be more positive with...
