98 percent of the time i repair my own appliances ect.ect... Today had to repair dryer needed belt tensioner pully assembly. No problem made a parts call to M & H. Very pleasent informative seevice got part number and said location in st. Cloud had quite a few at the price of 44$ something cents no problem. Go to store and walk in only see one guy towards front of store and another towards back of store both with customers. No problem. Casually walk up to guy in front and quietly waited to just ask for the parts service. He turns to me and immediately says theres only two emoyees today and both are with customers and ill have to wait my turn. U answer no problem just need a part while holding up part. Ill wait. He then immediately said i can tell you now we dont have that here. Puzzled i answered hmm just called and they said you have several. He responded well youll have to wait your turn... Again i said no problem. Walked around looking at appliances towards the back area. The guy in the back area older fella i do believe his name was cliff took a second from customer and said someone will be with you shortly. I replied no problem thank you. A couple minutes later he came back and asked how he could help told him i just needed this part tensiimer pully assembly. He replied ok lets go look it up. Gave part number i recieved over phone and he typed on computer and went in back room.. Come back out with the proper part. Qick easy and pleasent. Not sure why price jumped up to 55$ and plus tax total 59$ anyways cliff thank you for being pleasent and decent salesman much appreciated. The other guy well i wouldnt deal with you if my arm was getting cut off you were quite rude and need to learn how to present yourself and be more plesent with all that walks into that store. Again...

First let me begin by saying that I have been using M & H appliance For my personal purchases and my company purchases for our group homes for at least 20 years, back when they were Ashworth appliance and pease appliance.

First of all, if you need service, they are the only place call around here. So it’s probably better to buy from them Because they actually service what they sell and they are local.

Secondly, When I look at some thing there, I go online and I look at the box stores, their prices always right there at the same place the bigger stores are. So there’s no sense in going through the hassle and dealing with sales people that really don’t know their product. Just go to M & H!

Now for my latest purchase, we purchased a front load washer and dryer. The sales person was quite knowledgeable and shared her opinions. She pointed out drawbacks and pluses to the various models. The whole experience was pleasant, my mother in law and I went across the street to have lunch while we contemplated our decision. Came back over and everything went smoothly. They do carry some models in stock but we did have to wait about a week to get both the washer and the dryer and they brought them out at the same time.

I was going to donate my old washer and dryer to someone in need. The guys help me load Washer and dryer into the back end of my pick up truck.

Everybody at M&H from the sales staff to the service people to the delivery people are all nice, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. They run a great business. And they take pride in...

I elected to have in-home delivery, set-up, and also removal and disposal of old equipment. The in-home service each time was flawless. Their delivery staff are rapid, capable, competent, qualified, friendly, and helpful. On each occasion the end-to-end process went totally smooth, and I found their real-time delivery ETA text messages extremely helpful, even showing the location of the delivery truck on a map in real-time.The icing on the cake is that M&H manages all the manufacturer product warranties. For a nominal fee I opted to purchase extended warranties on my equipment, so now I have peace of mind that for the next several years, if anything happens, all I have to do is place a single telephone call to M&H, and they will handle the matter. They also price-match big-box retailer pricing, so buying from M&H you are getting best price, local service, and keeping business and jobs in the community. And, if something happens, it's much easier to call M&H than it is dealing with a conglomerate.
