Decided to stop by with my sister since one of our family members wanted a steak burrito from there. (We've ordered this many times before!!) We went through drive through and the man on the speaker seem like he was asleep and had long pauses when we spoke. He CLARIFIED what we wanted and so we moved to the window. We get our food and we counted the 2 burritos we ordered and headed home. Once home the family member opened it up and there is barely anything in it!!! We called the store and complained about it because a burrito that's close to $6 shouldn't have 2 small scoops (the meat cubes are a size of a quarter each!) of meat that doesn't fill it with nothing else but sauce! What a rip off!! The lady who answers said she's the manager. She asked for a receipt but we didnt get one from the gentleman! We described our order and she said she remembers and she made that order and it was how it was suppose to be. BS!! Read moreTheir drive through speaker has been broken for well over a year now, after having to literally shout at the box and being told they still couldn't hear me, I suggested they get a new system, or at least fix this one as it's nearly impossible to order at times. I was then spoken down to and and told I don't have any idea the cost, which I don't, but I do know about running a business. I know there's always a solution when it comes to being able to effectively sell a product. The employee informed me that it would cost over $20k to replace the system. After some research, I found that for a few hundred dollars they could buy something that would be much more effective then their current system. With that being said, a cup and string might work better.

Potatoes are too salty, there is nothing in the burrito and when I called due to an incorrect order the manager raised her voice how she made the order correct and wasn't going to refund the order. The person that took the order didn't take it correctly. No receipt was provided, and the order wasn't what I wanted. I shouldn't have to train the employee to ask the question which steak burrito I wanted as I didn't get the correct one. Poor customer service.
