I tried out Arber Cafe one day when Hatch'd was too busy and I haven't been back to Hatch'd ever since. Nothing bad on Hatch'd, but Arber Cafe is absolutely delicious! The menu has such a large variety, of both Albanian and Italian cuisines covering all of your breakfast and lunch needs. It is a family owned and operated business and you can tell how much they care about the quality of their food. They are very flexible with customizations and levels of seasoning on their food. The daughter of the owners is extremely friendly, connecting with every guest, and creating a very inviting experience. Their Americanos will beat anybody else hands down. Overall, try out Arber Cafe if you'd like a slice of European heaven for a day.

I’ve been driving by this place for the last few years since moving to south city and it’s always been a place I wanted to try! I’m so happy I decided to swing in today because my goodnessssssss this might be my new spot!! I’ve never had Albanian food, and I have to say my first experience was TOP NOTCH. The woman working the counter www so sweet and kind and really helped me with the menu. I ended up getting the Ali Pash and the Petulla as dessert. The atmosphere took me by surprise- the inside was so cute and welcoming and really was my “ideal” cafe vibe. The windows and plants oh my oh my!!! Will be coming back and I’ll most definitely be showing this spot to my friends :)

I tried this lil mom and pop shop and was very pleased with the laid-back atmosphere, service, and my food. I got the gyro, which was super fresh and delicious. These small cafes like this, for some reason, usually have some of the best food. The mom of the shop waited on me, and she was super nice. She even taught me how to say THANK YOU in Albanian! This is what I LOVE about the southside, SO MANY DIFFERENT CULTURES!! This shop is at Gravois and Blow on the corner. Go check them out and support your local small business! Tell em BigBen sent you. Cheers

I am in love with this cafe. I was introduced to Arber Cafe by a friend, and I am so glad she mentioned this place when we were making plans. I have since been back with my mom who also only spoke very highly of her experience here. The 'Olive Salad' is my favorite dish so far. It is a dish that, on paper, looks a bit strange. It is kalamata olives, little chunks of orange and lemon, slices of red onion, olive oil and spices. The ingredients sound a little odd, especially to an American, but when you take a bite with a little piece of everything the flavor...omg...the flavors work so well together. If you like kalamata olives I would highly suggest trying the 'Olive Salad'. The owner is also great! She does it all. You order from her and she rings you up. Then she goes to the kitchen and prepares your order as fresh as she can make it. She has also been very kind at each visit. I also want to mention Arber Cafe and Covid. They, like most other businesses, have relaxed covid precautions. BUT, this place is fairly large for being a "little cafe". Each time I went there were other diners but there was plenty of room to spread out. Making another reason I enjoy this place. I will absolutely be returning and would definitely recommend stopping in to check...

My husband and I had the pleasure of brunching here Saturday morning. I ordered the Arber breakfast plate - potatoes had a nice crisp on the outside, eggs were soft and fluffy, homemade jam was delightful!! — not sickeningly sweet; I could actually taste the fruit and not just the sugar. My dish also came with qofte - like a mix between a breakfast sausage and a meatball. Very tasty! My husband had the french toast, and we both had hot espresso drinks that were skillfully crafted - the barista did not burn the espresso, as is often the case at some breakfast joints, so we really enjoyed our cappuccinos. Love the interior of this place - lots of little plants growing in their front window. We will definitely be back to try their gyros and other lunch items! We had finished our breakfast and were sipping our coffees when the barista brought us a complimentary piece of a rolled cake - strawberry and whipped cream. Was such a kind gesture, and we really enjoyed the cake!

Update: Went back for the gyros, and they are FIRE!!!...
