Terrible service tonight and rude treatment by one of the staff members. I ordered pizza for the third time in a row from this location with the instructions to call or text. No one contacted me. The driver called but didn't come to the door which was open and had the light on inside and out. I didn't hear him because my bluetooth headphones were still connected and I couldn't hear the phone ringing. The glass screen door was locked but we could still see if the driver showed up. Didn't see the driver and our food didn't show up. I called because almost 30 minutes after the web app said it was on it's way said it was still on the way. This location is six minutes away from my house. Someone calling himself Chance, answered the phone saying that he called me, he didn't, and that I was refunded but he said he couldn't provide me with a receipt. When I asked to speak to management he said that he was the manager. He said the driver didn't leave the food because he told him not to because of ants. I asked who the store owner was, he said they were corporate. So asked for the GM and their contact info. He said her name was Lauren but that he couldn't give out any more information than that. So I asked him if he would give me my refund receipt if I came up there. When I asked his name he said it was "Chance as in take a chance." He started giggling and said yes. I ask if he was really the manager. He said I was being rude then hung up. I went up to the store to get proof that I had really been refunded because the app still showed that the food was on it's way and that I had only been charged. When I got there I saw him behind the counter and called in so that I could get my receipt. He had strawberry blonde almost reddish brown hair tucked under a cap, his clothes were filthy, and he walked with a hunch in his shoulders. He came out and gave me a web receipt for the order but not a refund receipt and quickly went back into the store. His voice was high pitched and looked like he was no more that twenty something. I called again and this time got a young lady who gave me the correct receipt. Chance, started wearing his white mask in the store once he realized I could see his face through the glass, too late. I also have his approver code on the receipt the young woman gave me. I will be reaching out to the GM and corporate with this info. I didn't have a problem with the driver turning back, it's the lying , gaslighting, and immaturity that bothered me. Read moreI placed my order online and had the wrong order delivered to me. I called the store, waited on hold for half an hour, then heard someone pick up and immediately end the call. I called back and heard someone say “Thank you for calling,” then heard arguing in the background, then they hung up on me again. The third time I called they picked up immediately and I started with “Do not hang up, I’ve been hung up on twice now.” The woman claimed no one had even picked up the phone, which is a total lie. She took an attitude with me right away and when she finally asked (rudely) if she could help me with something, I told her I’d had the wrong order delivered to me and I wanted a redelivery. She ignored me for about a minute while she talked to the delivery driver in the background, telling him “See, it’s that woman. I told you. I told you I gave you the wrong pizza.” They laughed about it for a while before she came back and told me “Okay, I can refund that.” I told her I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the food I’d ordered redelivered. Her answer was “Yeah, we don’t do that.” Which is pretty bold, because she clearly knows it’s the store’s fault I received the wrong food. When I insisted, she put me back on hold, then picked up again a minute later clearly thinking it was a new call, because she acted like she didn’t know who she was talking to. I told her if she wouldn’t redeliver (because let’s be clear, they CAN, they just won’t) I at least wanted my coupon back that I wasted on this order. She said she would do that, and asked if there was anything else; I told her no, but I wasn’t sure I’d be ordering from them again after her attitude. She said, “Ma’am, we don’t care, and I’m not giving you the coupon code. Have a good day.” Whoever this woman is, she seems to think she can get away with anything. I tried to check off multiple boxes for complaints such as cleanliness, friendliness, and service. First and foremost I walked into the store with a ready order text expecting to be in and out. Instead I stood at the counter, this is a small store and was watched by 4 employees just standing there like I was a zoo animal behind glass. No attentiveness to customers, I was one of 3 to 4. Finally receiving help by one of the cooks I was told my order has been taken by a delivery driver and had to be remade. The cook without washing his hands, wiping his nose, made my food ungloved. I wanted to say something but the blonde haired, bearded cook was throwing a tantrum dropping expletives and cursing at the staff and customers over the phone. Multiple team members told him he needed to calm down and continued to throw a tantrum and go into the walk in freezer and scream. While waiting for the food one of the team members threw a spiked cooking utensil for the dough at the wall. Completely unprofessional and unhinged. Finally the food was done but in poor quality, pizza not to size, wings barely tossed in bbq sauce, and dessert bites burnt. Absolutely disappointing. Upon being handed my food there was no apology for the mishap and delay. This store although convenient is dirty, unprofessional, and lacking leadership. I would be embarrassed to own...
