My husband and I were so excited when Jovick Brothers Burgers opened up in our neighborhood! Initially, the food was amazing, and we loved having such a great burger spot close by. However, we’ve noticed a decline in quality over the past few months, which has been disappointing.
When we visited in early December (2024), the fries had been changed, and unfortunately, they were pretty tasteless—honestly, I feel like I could get better fries from our local Schnucks. Additionally, the buns on our burgers were cold to the touch, which really took away from the experience. That said, the patty itself was still absolutely delicious!
I’m writing this review not to criticize but to share some honest feedback with the owners. We’ve seen too many small businesses struggle in that spot, and we really want Jovick Brothers Burgers to succeed! If things improve, we’d love to come back and continue supporting you.
Wishing you all the best, and we hope to see some positive...
Read moreDamn good. I built my own burger for my first visit and it was everything I think of when I crave a really good burger. I also got onion rings which were good as well, nothing to rave about but a nice side to a great burger. My husband got the Diablo burger, he likes spicy a lot but this had him sweating. He still said it was really good. He also ordered the cheese curds. He's from Minnesota and grew up in Wisconsin, and he gives the curds his stamp of approval which is a hard thing to get from him. Super chill, laid back vibe. I'm hoping they get a liquor license because a beer would have just made the entire meal perfection. No matter what, I'm looking forward to going again and maybe trying grizzly dog although that burger is something I dream about now. Definitely a must stop of you're in the area and super happy to have them in the...
Read moreBefore I get into my rant there's one thing that I do want to commend you guys on and I think you're outstanding for doing this. That's your donation of $3 per special soldI for domestic violence. Kudos to you. Now, I don't know even what to say, my burger was overcooked dried out it tasted like it was almost a frozen pre-made patty. My burger was ice cold, onion to meat ratio way off. Way too much onion. Mayo to meet ratio off not enough mayo. Service when I asked for a side of Mayo the lady barked at me we don't have mayo, obviously you do it's a choice of condiments when you build a burger. You put some in a 2 oz portion cup and call it a day. I honestly feel I could have gone to McDonald's and had a quarter pounder with cheese and wouldn't have buyers remorse. As much as I...
