I can only give one star, &feel even that is generous, at this point. There's almost always sum issue w/this place. More often than not, it seems the employees here simply dnt want2 work. Often times, service is slow to non-existent, as I've been ignored at the drive-thru on more than one occasion, told they're closed during business hours, also on multiple occasions. Went by there lastnite &sum1 greeted me thru the drive thru speaker &asked 4my order, which I provided, &that was it - literatelly! Never heard another word from ne1 in there. I'm left2 just sit there until I finally take a hint, I guess you cud say. I tried repeatedly 2get at least a response of sum sort. Any response, but nothing. Was gonna go there 2nite, as I've got sum gift cards from Xmas, but decided it best 2call 1st &make sure there's people there working, they're open, &all that good stuff, cuz we did have snow, &thought maybe that could affect hours, potentially. So, like 2different people answered, &I explained I wanted 2be sure they were open B4 making the drive again, so I was told by one of them that, "well yeah, but we dnt have any meat". I was alil surprized &figured I wudn't go, perhaps I mumbled something 2the affect that, w/o that, id likely not be coming. &That person proceeded 2tryn explain 2me that that meat goes on pretty much everything, (did not seem knowledgeable about their menu, btw, based on wut they said.) so there was basically nothing 2be had besides maybe a chz quasadea. So I thanked em &again mentioned I'd probably wait then. That's wen the 2nd person spoke again &was like, "ma'am, why are you calling (idk, us, this place, this location?" something 2that affect) &I explained that B4 driving over I wanted2 see if they'd be open. She then says to me, (&idk if she was suspicious of my intentions or just wanted2 be weird &difficult in an attempt 2be cute, but) "Ya kno, you rly didn't have2 call ya cuda just looked, probably on the same website where ya got the number, &checked there 4wut the hours are." I responded w/yes, perhaps that is true, but w/the snow, I know sum places have closed early &that wudn't be found on the website, nor the fact of you being out of meat, but thank you. &I just hung up w/o waiting for a response. Idk wuts goin on w/the employees at this location in particular, but top management or whoever need2 seriously consider implementing secret shoppers or sum similar such thing, cuz these kids are lazy, rude, & just do not gaf! Tbh, Im abit skeptical of the food sometimes, as well. If they're going 2behave this unprofessionally &irresponsibly for anyone 2see, it concerns me for wut might they do that we don't see. Get wut I'm saying? Hard 2believe that standards ®ulations are being kept &followed. All of the time, anyway. Maybe when a certain manager is there, but prolly not always &as a rule. I just wud like 2see sum improvement in customer service at the very least. &Hope they do their jobs when it comes to cleanliness, rotation of food, &those things that help keep the public safe....
Read moreThis taco bell is brand new as in 2 or 3 months. This is my 3rd time getting food there that my order has either been completely wrong or missing a notable amount of my order. Everytime they have failed to give me my receipt...shocker there. The first 2 times I called about it I was told that they wouldn't correct an order without some kind of proof ...a receipt, online order or maybe if I paid with a card which wasn't the case. So really at this point I'm not sure why i didn't go to any other taco bell ( not that there's one that gets the order right, ever!) Im usually in the area and figure I'll grab food for the fam omw to the house, this time I'm irritated this is now the 2nd time that someone gets to watch everyone else eat...that ain't right, I contacted them immediately and this time they actually have my receipt and they said if I come up there they'll give me the tacos that they left off, I've got to be at work in 6 hours, it's a 40 min round trip drive, gas isn't cheap, I'll end up spending more putting gas in the car to come get the tacos than I'd end up spending on more tacos. DO BETTER, when y'all mess up there's a domino effect , you see it as a few tacos, your customers experience all the extra drama due to lazy, incompetent, don't give a dang employees. I'm sure someone somewhere in the city has already gotten beat within an inch of their life over tacos...that ain't happening over here but you know it is somewhere. How about replacing the order so the family can actually eat together ,giving extra tacos to make up for the inconvenience. The job itself is too easy if you can read , follow simple instructions, and put EVERYTHING including the receipt in the bag. To make things even better , what I was given was wrong, I actually don't even know what this is, I know it's not a soft taco and it's not a chalupa , it looks like a taco with beans and no meat with cabbage???? I've easily been ripped off of over $50 in the past month by this store , I should know better, if there's ever a next time which I don't foresee I will remember that this location specifically can't be trusted to do things right and will do very little to right their wrongs under specific circumstances. I will ask for a receipt and also request an extra (just in case, someone needs to have it together) I will count everything to ensure it's there and even go to the extreme of visually inspecting each item to ensure it is as it should be, I'm good on the late night surprise box creations....Anyone old enough to have lawful employment can do this job , it's ridiculous that this review even needs to be made (as you can see I NEVER leave reviews) no one should have to inspect the work you do ...truth is no one would ever have to if y'all took a little pride in work, in your job. It's taco bell , I know...but it's YOUR job, they ensure you receive a check....it feels at least a lil good when you get that. If your not gonna at least try to do something...
Read moreOrdered a large nacho fries, and was really looking forward to them, just for them to be reheated stale fries from earlier in the day! That’s just wrong. No wonder the food was done so fast. Workers assume you need to order at the kiosk and not address them, when you could be there for a mobile order and create an unapproachable atmosphere. The refried beans in my beef nachos looked like a big turd laid across them, but the tacos and burrito was a nice contrast. I have to give them credit for giving me 12/15 sauces I requested, but I just think if you only have old stuff from earlier in the day to give, you should taste test it yourself and determine if you still would feel good feeding it to the general public and their children. If the stick isn’t there the manager should be thorough enough to take it off the online menu temporarily and such. I have gotten stellar service during day time hours, but it seems after about 4-6pm the night crew comes and it’s not a pleasant time according to other reviews and my current experience as of today.
I will continue to give this store the opportunity to redeem itself and when it does I will gladly...
