Terrible customer service... I placed an order online for $50 worth of food. I made a mistake when I ordered and clicked on wings in lieu of strips. No big deal, right? O called back minutes later, was placed on hold. When someone answered I asked to swap the wings for strips. The lady on the phone said she couldn't do it. So someone else jumped on the call. The OWNER... I explained the situation - it was my mistake - no doubt about that but when I asked the Owner why I couldn't make this change (telling him their site said the food wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes) he became very agitated... All he said was "oh my God" so I asked to just cancel the order - so he hung up on me.... I called back a few minutes later - again the Owner answers. This whole time, I hadn't been yelling or cursing - I stayed completely cool with the guy - but I wanted to make sure the order would be cancelled. He denied, said I couldn't place an order there anymore and again, hung up on me... I didn't call back... This was the OWNER I was dealing with... I couldn't believe it... He won't have to worry, after dealing with this clown, I have no intentions of ordering again. I know I'm the one that made a mistake... But to get the BS I did from the owner of all people over changing from strips to wings!? Unbelievable... but to go on and tell me that I couldn't get my money back (for food that I never picked up) and to hang up on me when I ask about it? Completely uncalled for and unprofessional...
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this location. I ordered two pizzas and wings, but when the pizzas were delivered, the toppings had completely slid off. The delivery driver acknowledged the issue, blamed the store, and offered to return with replacements. However, when he returned—40 minutes later—the new pizzas had the same issue with the toppings sliding off. With a house full of hungry guests, I reluctantly accepted them.
After the meal, I called the store to express my frustration and spoke with a supervisor, Brandon, who promised to refund my full order, around $74, due to the inconvenience. Since I had paid in cash, Brandon said he would note that my account has a credit on it equal to what I paid.
Two weeks later, I called to redeem my offer for $74 worth of free food. Supervisor, Tammy tells me that Brandon had not left any notes about a full refund and all she can do is give me two free pizzas because that's all the notes state I'm entitled to. When I asked for contact information for her superior, she refused and ultimately hung up on me.
In summary: two poorly made pizzas, an extended wait, and a supervisor who reneged on a promise made by her counterpart to give me money's worth in free food. To top it off, I was treated rudely and dismissed when trying to resolve the issue.

I called and told them, they explained what they could do, deliver one or give a credit... but was kind of turned off by that location; attitude, and obviously, the product. Called again to ask if I could use the credit at another location.. line was disconnected or I was hung up on. In my frustration I assumed the latter. I went back to the location, and showed the photos and recapped my experience. I am giving two stars because the manager met with me, and after showing him the pics of what I received.. and although I was very disappointed (not having my favorite pizza in over a year and a half) Bryan or Brandon (it slipped my mind in my haste) dealt with with the situation very politely and seemed sincere. Being short staffed I know these guys are working themselves to the bone. The stars are simply for that experience alone. I will try again with my credit. Please, don't let me down, mister.

P.S. It was the manager alone that made these two stars. The overweight-short-caucasian male delivery driver with the dollop like ice cream hair.. called me sir. I am obviously female.
