I wish I could give zero stars. First, the drive-thru clerk took a long time to acknowledge the presence of our vehicle. Upon taking the order, apparently he was not paying attention nor listening which our order was very clear, then repeated the order to us and still was incorrect...... Now on to the next issue. Are these employees too lazy to check whether the food they serve is worthy to be served to the customers? Let me begin with the bottom portion of the buns being hard as if the bun was left out too long and it began to go bad or left in the microwave too long and became literally stiff to bite into. This is totally unacceptable and whoever constructed the sandwich should be ashamed to even push it forward to be eaten by a paying customer. I wouldn't have fed this to my dead dog. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with food being of low quality in taste and appearance. Meat being smaller than the bun in diameter, chunks of the meat missing, the cheese majority of the time not even covering the meat, but more on the wax paper, its like they don't give a damn. Food is about presentation, if it looks good people would be more comfortable eating it. I am sick of it. On to the fries, luke warm is giving it too much credit, some were soft borderline soggy. I dont know what it is, but this is ridiculous, the only thing taste halfway decent was the packaged BBQ sauce and the soda. Quality of the food and attention to detail of service and delivery of top quality service has tremendously gone down nearly all across the board in fast food. Yet yall keep raising the prices. You want top price, but delivering crappy service and food. McDonald's has lost me as a customer and my family and I will no longer dine here not even for a soft drink on a hot summer day. Yall enjoy making bland food for people will enjoy tasteless subpar food and low level service. Read moreSo I got to the drivethrough lane at 4:10 PM and one car in front of me. It didn't move for about 6 minutes and then when I got to the actual order lane, the car on my left went first fine, then the next car on my left ordered, and next and the third car driver honked over to me to ask if they're taking orders on both sides. And told me to ask my guy, and I said he hasn't even come to me yet. And then she was the next person, and then he finally came to me. Then I waited another about 4 to 6 minutes until he asked me if I wanted anything. And then I gave him my order, and it didn't show up on the screen, and then it went radio silent for about a minute. So I went to the window, and there was one car in front of me, and I sat behind that vehicle at the pay window for another 3 to 5 minutes.
And then when I got to the pay window and he asked me what did you want to order again? And then when I said a fish meal, large with an unsweet ice tea, he said, sweet iced tea, I said, unsweeten. Next, he asked if i wanted sweetener in the unsweetened, I said, no, I just wanted an unsweetened iced tea.," and then I got to the next window.
Food window and I sat there for another couple minutes until I got my drink, and then another couple minutes until I got my food and uh, the guy handed me the bag with it open and he was about to sneeze, and the guy looked like he was half-baked.
The drink order was correct. The fries appeared fresh, tasted almost raw, and the bread on the sandwich seemed like it was stale.
