Very slow. Come on McDonald's speed it up. This McDonald's is horrible I just went there at 10:20 a.m. to get breakfast they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and they said no no more breakfast they weren't doing no more breakfast I'm so aggravated I'm furious there was no one being held accountable for this The management team obviously does not care and McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves You've lost a customer I will never be back I hope you guys go out of business That's how aggravated I am you are constantly one of the worst McDonald's in town and believe me McDonald's in general is horrible anymore. I have not been to McDonalds in ten years. My visit was extremely disappointing. You order using a kiosk. It was fine. It told me to “Take a numbered placard located next to the kiosk and enter the number in the kiosk. Then place your number on your table and the food will be brought out to you.” I followed all the directions and sat and waited at my table. 15 minutes passed, no food. I go up to the counter and stood there for 3 minutes before being asked what I needed. When am employee asked me what I needed, I explained. She said that my order was called a long time ago, and I was supposed to come up to the counter to get it. When I asked to talk to the manager, Sabina, she told me they had done it this way since the pandemic started. (That was 2 years ago.). I explained that I followed the directions at the kiosk, shouldn’t they change them? She said that they could not. I suggested maybe they should remove the numbered flag tents next to the kiosk and she shrugged.

I was not offered any money back or even a treat. They did rebar the food that had been sitting.

I only took a bite or two before my next appointment and drank my drink.

There are no longer any more healthy alternatives like wraps or salads on the menu.

It's McDonald's. I edited this to lower my rating because they are consistently busy and with considerable wait time; which would be worth it, if instead of reheating their old food (which you can tell by taste and texture), they could make them fresh when ordered. Update: 12/01/2023 This was the 3rd McDonald's I went to (1st being the one on Hanley, the other the one at Hampton and Chippewa) to get my son an Oreo McFlurry that I promised him after he got his flu and Covid shots yesterday. He really hates shots and he cried in my arms like he was a toddler again (he's 7 now). We ended up just getting some Walmart brand, cookies n' creme ice cream. I haven't had any, but my son asked for thirds (which he never does). I suggest we all boycott McDonald's until they start making ALL their locations start serving better quality food for the prices they're asking. I mean, they don't even have a $1 menu anymore. I think the cheapest thing on the menu might be a McChicken. Which, isn't that horrible, but I have a much smaller appetite than most of the people I know; a McChicken alone, definitely would not fill me up. Anyways, back to boycotting, the more people who do it; the more likely McDonald's will up the quality of their food.
