Well, to start, we waited in the drive-thru line almost 25 minutes before we actually got to the order board, and by that point we were pretty much stuck in the drive-thru lane for the duration. As soon as we got to the order board, they turned off all of the outside lights except for the order board, which as you can imagine, wasn't appreciated or well received by the estimated 15- 20 cars still behind us. Almost 10 minutes after they took our order, before we moved forward from the order board, another 20 minutes minimum before we got our food. The person who took the order, sounded Extremely rude and hateful! The lady who took our money and gave us our food, wasn't that bad, but she wasn't all that friendly either. There were no "sorry for your wait" or please forgive us, we had an issue with the fryers" or Anything like that just here's your food, and then seemed disgusted because we asked for the third or fourth time since we gave her our money for some ketchup packets. Hey, I try to be understanding of how things happen in any workplace and, fast food places are known to have issues, but if the food was good it might have not been quite as bad, but my wife took one bite of her burger and said oh no, that's freaking disgusting and pretty much the same for her fries, mine wasn't really good, but I was beyond hungry, and nothing else was still open, so I ate most of it, but definitely regretted it later in the night, and the next day too!! The greeter woman was very nice an offered a Big bufford in a combo, which I accepted in a large with no onion an no tomatoes......strawberry fountain. The line started to grove on nicely after I ordered. 1 I arrive at the window at 1:28 a.m. In my opinion, seeing as though there were 6 cars behind me the pne car that pull up on the left DRive thru side shouldnt have gotten to cpmplete his order before us on the right, but i digress. The Attendant verified my order and we completed the purchase. Shortly after I received my order. The Fries were hot an fresh, just hard. And the Hamburger was to my specifications, & not rushed an messy within the wrapping which I appreciate a lot. Overall, my experience was great here.
