The only reason I come here is the fried cheese sticks. Found out about them in high school and have been coming ever since. A few years back they changed. They got fatter and just weren't as good. Maybe something different in the breading? They've changed again, and are now pretty good again. They cook them well, and they're nice and melty the way they should be. The sauce now is a meat sauce, though. It's not bad, but I'd rather not have bits of meat in my dipping sauce. Other than the fried cheese, the food is alright. Burgers are just ok, BLT is good, chicken strips are pretty generic. All in all, pretty hit and miss. They serve coke now, which is a big improvement. I'd give them a whole extra star if they had real fries. Unfortunately they have crinkle fries, which are a mockery of a French fry. You can get tots instead, but "burger and tots" just isn't the same as a burger and fries. They're also on the expensive side. A regular burger with bacon was $16 by itself, which seems pretty high. Especially when you can't even give me any real fries. So right now, I'd say go, get a plate of fried cheese, maybe a couple drinks, then when you're done walk to one of the other restaurants right in the area and finish your meal.

After placing a takeout order, it’s apparent the quality of food that is going out the door is no longer a priority. 1.) appetizer was burnt and dry, 2.) meat in the gyro was dry and distasteful and 3.) $1.50 for a side of ranch? I’m all for paying for something, but really that much and 4.) missing sides that comes with the main dish. Also, their website prices vary from what is shown on the physical menu. After I questioned this prior to paying, The gentleman there mentioned, “ yeah we are waiting for them to update, you aren’t the first person to bring it up” then thanked me for not making it a huge ordeal like others have”. Back my main frustration, the food. Prior to writing this review, figured I’d try speaking to someone there; however, no one has picked up the phone there since I picked up my food - going on 2.5 hours. It’s a shame to see the decline in their quality and service.

After reading the glowing reviews, I had sky-high hopes for this place. Maybe I just picked a bad night? I went for the BBQ burger and wings, expecting a flavor explosion. What did I get? Mediocrity on a plate. I seriously wonder if people write their rave reviews while drunk. Either that, or they had a different chef the night I visited. Not a single grain of salt or pepper graced my food. It was as if they had a vendetta against seasoning. On the upside, the manager, or the guy with the ponytail, was super cool. Great customer service—speedy, courteous, the whole nine yards. The waitress was also great. But, yeah, that was my experience. Flavorless food, but fantastic staff. If only they could season my food with as much enthusiasm as they served it!

I have had many good meals at your restaurant through the years and was in area yesterday and stopped in . Absolutely horrible experience. Took a while to be seated. Sat in a both where the seats were so torn had to move to a table as both was not comfortable. I realize in todays times everyone is short staff and we were patient and waited for our order to be taken. Ordered a side of onion rings and two pork tenderloin sandwiches. Onion rings were not cooked enough and could not locate a serve to tell her. She asked us what dips we wanted Ranch or Horse radish . At no time did she mention an up charge. We requested a manager none there. Sandwich was just ok. MOST OF ALL there was two ladies in a booth next to us and while they were sitting there a big roach landed on their table They jumped up so fast. A gentleman swatted i. I would have left. I realize it is an old building but sure they would not pass a health inspection. Other restaurants weekly have a service come in to spray. My friend ordered grilled, I ordered fried there was an upcharge for grilled. We requested manager again and none was there. Personally again we should have been informed of the extra charges. There are to many good place to go to enjoy a nice meal and Seamus is off of our list. I am always a generous tipper about 25 % but yesterday I left 10% with hesitation. Never again. I called to chat with manager yesterday and left number, no one has has the courtesy of calling back. I am sure they will make it without me. Have told the story to others and many have had bad...

Went for lunch. A little busy. Waited 20 minutes to get in but enjoyed the weather. They are usually worth the wait. It was also my wife's first time and she was excited. When we got seated, (waitress had 5 or 6 tables), it took 10 minutes to be approached. Waitress said 3 people cashed out and it would be a minute. Had another server bring drinks, weren't ours as we never ordered. Wrong table. When we finally got waited on ordered tea and water. Waitress brought tea and soda. We decided to walk to bar and get a couple bloody marys. Bartender's response" that's gonna be a little bit." Decided to order a couple draft beers, seeing as how he could handle that. After about 40 minutes, waitress came over to let us know our wings are up. Wings were brought over a few minutes later, dried from sitting, I guess under a heat lamp. Finally , got our meal order taken. Mind you, people who sat 15 minutes after us, had their appetizers and meals already. Our food was finally up about an hour and a half later. We sat at 12:40pm and food was up at 1:55. We got our bill and packed our food to go. Extremely disappointing. We go out to eat a few times a month, for 20 years plus and honestly the worst service we have ever...
