Wendy's — Restaurant in St. Louis

Should have a zero rating for this location. Ordered a kids meal and 3 drinks through the app. When I made it to the window she tells me to pull to the front and they'll bring my order out. 30 minutes later I can see them pointing at me and asking each other what I'm waiting on. They started signaling for me to drive back around smh. I drove back around to the window and asked them if this was their new process. She explained that when I pulled up initially my order wasn't ready but the car behind me was so they had me wait up front but forgot they told me to wait. She handed me the drinks and one sprite had a bunch of big black specks at the bottom of the cup and I asked her if she could remake it. While remaking, I look in the back and see a boy picking a scab off the back of his arm while wearing gloves, then proceed to start bagging the next customer's food up. That's extremely nasty. Aren't the workers required to be servsafe certified working in the kitchen? I rejected my order even after the long wait... Horrible customer service and filthy working environment. They issued no apologies at all for my wait as they can careless about...

I HATED THIS EXPERIENCE! I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES, I SIMPLY ASK, MAY I PLEASE HAVE A DRINK FOR MY WAIT? THE CASHIER LOOK BACK AND ASK THE MANAGER, SHE SAID WITH A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE, NO! I WAS FINE WITH THE ANSWER, IT WAS THE ATTITUDE AND THE FEW MOR MINUTES OF TALKING INTO THE AIR ABOUT HOW, THEY WAS TO BUSY AND HOW NO ONE ELSE ASKED FOR A DRINK?!? I NEVER SAID NOT ONE WORD AFTER THAT. I DIDNT ASK HOW SWAMPED SHE WAS? ONLY ASK FOR A SIMPLE DRINK FOR MY WAIT AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. SO I ASK, WHATS THE MANAGER NAME, I WAS TOLD J.M. OR J.B. SHE HAD A LOT TO SAY UNTIL THE LASY SAID. HE WANTS YOUR NAME! SHE NEVER CAME TO SEE WHY OR IF? JUST CONTINUE TO WORK ON ORDERS. I GET THAT SHE IS BUSY. BUT I ASK THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE FISRT. WE HAVE CONCERNS AND WE HAVE A CHOICE TO BUY THERE OR...

The food is great. Other than my mom was mad that there isn't any grilled chicken sandwiches so that's a heads up if you were looking for any. I would go pack again though your food is always in again. I never had any complaints. It did become busy which if anything that's a good thing for them. The service was okay but only because they were new which I give him that. But you know it's a test. It could have gone a little better forgot one of her drinks and you know they didn't tell us where the utensils were and they knew we were looking for it. They were busy so for a little bit so I know we couldn't ask but it was okay. In the end we found them but you know stuff like that you give us her food like in the utensils But that's like my only complaint. It's not really a complaint but...
