Orders were taken online paid online picked up order food was like warm fries had little season lemon pepper wings had all the seasonings meant for fries on them. Hawaiian wing sauce taste like ketchup. Called 20 minutes but no one answered, physically Returned food only to be told come back next day for a manager to see if a refund is authorized. This underground restaurant with 50 others food brands operating in one building is obviously cooking food and probably mixing ingredients and sauces together. This location is tucked away as part of a ghost kitchen operation. I was thoroughly confused… I’d ordered through the Wingstop App & had no idea I was going to a ghost kitchen. I didn’t even know what that was…. I left the parking lot & came back… I finally went inside the building & another customer was coming behind me. He showed me how to use my phone to scan… it would’ve been nice to have had a heads up when ordering. The food was great! The concept of a ghost kitchen operation is...

The building doesn't say wing stop. You will be very confused 😐 but go inside. Make sure to have your phone. If it's an online order, you will have to use it with the monitors they have on the wall ...then a locker will pop open with your food inside also the number will not work if you call ...also Google will not show you nothing...but 2360 is the correct place just go inside through the side on the parking lot
