I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle, and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, setting the stage for what turned out to be an extraordinary meal. What truly elevated my visit was the impeccable service provided by Charlie Fox, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
Charlie Fox greeted us with a warm smile and guided us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge. His recommendations were spot-on, tailored perfectly to our tastes and preferences. He patiently answered all our questions about the various ingredients and helped us navigate through the customization options Chipotle is known for. His expertise not only enhanced our meal but also made us feel valued as customers.
Throughout our meal, Charlie Fox continued to impress with his attentiveness. He ensured our drinks were always topped up and checked in periodically to see if everything was to our satisfaction. His friendly demeanor and professional approach truly set him apart as a standout member of the Chipotle team.
The food itself was exceptional, as expected from Chipotle. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were vibrant, and each bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes. The ability to customize our meals to suit our individual preferences was a highlight, and Charlie Fox's guidance made the decision-making process effortless and enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also noteworthy. Even during peak hours, tables were promptly cleared, and the dining area remained tidy. It was evident that the entire staff, led by Charlie Fox, took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
In conclusion, my experience at Chipotle exceeded my expectations thanks to Charlie Fox's outstanding service. His passion for hospitality and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest truly shone through. I would highly recommend visiting Chipotle, not only for the delicious food and vibrant atmosphere but also for the impeccable service provided by Charlie Fox and his team. Five stars all around - I can't wait to...
Read moreThis may be the most poorly run Chipotle I've ever been to, as that title previously belonged to the Rogers location. I had stopped going to Chipotle altogether for a few years, and was excited when I saw the new one being built in town here in St. Michael. I've been there maybe 5 or 6 times since opening, and I've had probably 1 good experience, and that was early in the day, with an all female crew, obviously don't know who they were, but they did a good job. The rest of the times I've witnessed absolutely abhorrent sanitary conditions, employees with bad attitudes and very poor attention to detail when making your food. Everything on the line was cross contaminated. Sour cream and guac smeared EVERYWHERE, even on other ingredients. Corn, tomatoes, salsa, cheese....just piles of it strewn about the food prep area. They just slide your burrito across this mess so when you eat your burrito the foil is covered in slop. More often than not, they will not even bother to let the beans drain through the slotted spoon and will just slop it on your burrito, causing your food to be a runny disaster. I'm writing this now, because I love Chipotle, and I wanted to give the place a chance to get its stuff together, as it's a new location. After tonight, I think I'm done. You have lost a customer permanently. You need to hire managers that can actually manage a restaurant. It seems like there is nobody in charge there. I understand the employees are young, but you need to train them. This is on the leadership, because teens and early 20's kids are what they are, they need someone with the ability to lead. I would say go to the Rogers location, but that one is almost as bad, just a little cleaner. I guess I'm just done...
Read moreToday was my first time to the new location here in St. Michael & overall I'm pretty disappointed. I went in about 2pm on purpose; knowing any lunch rush would be over & food would either be restocked or in the process of being restocked.
The only reason they get two stars instead of one is for the girl who made my burrito bowl; I didn't catch her name but she was friendly, funny & quick.
There was only one other customer in there with me; so although they likely just finished with lunch, they certainly weren't busy. I waited for a few minutes at the register, I wasn't in a hurry but I also didn't want to spend my day standing there. Finally a teenage boy comes to the register; doesn't look at me, doesn't acknowledge me - he just rings up what he sees and gives me a total. I asked if I could have chips, he just rang them in and gave me a new total. I paid in cash; when he gave me my change he just said "here" and walked away.
He didn't say hi. Didn't ask how I was. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Didn't thank me. Didn't tell me to have a good day. There was zero customer service. I felt like I should've apologized for inconveniencing him and then I remembered I was at a commercial establishment, spending $15 bucks on a burrito bowl and some chips.
The Rogers location is terrible, I had high hopes for a BRAND NEW location - that maybe management would be like "hey, let's not have the same reputation as every other Chipotle, let's pretend we take pride in our work and appreciate the customers". 🙄 Nope.
And I can see by all of the other reviews that I'm not wrong.
It's also clear that the 5 star reviews (by people who have never done any other reviews) are either employees or their...
