Server was not very friendly. We were a group of 9. The first thing she said to us was how many separate checks, not a hello, what would you like to drink or anything else to welcome us. We told her it would all be on one check. She took our order for appetizers. Still no mention of beverages except water. Another person brought out our apps and as we were finishing those she finally came back and asked how they were. At that point we asked her to take our order for food. Again, the food was brought to us by another person. I had the French Dip. It was okay, the beef was tender but a little blah and the au jus was bland as well. My other half had the wings. The teriyaki sauce was very tasty but the garlic parmesan sauce was a little bland. The wings themselves were good and a little larger than most other restaurants. Six wings would be enough for one person with some to take home. The server did bring a moist towel for the other half. She said it's hard to use napkins when you're eating wings with sticky sauce. We thought that was a nice gesture. Other food orders were.... BLT chicken wrap which was a little greasy and there was more breading on the chicken the chicken. Club sandwich (X2) was okay but tasted a little blah. The potato skins didn't have much flavor. Kids ordered grilled cheese sandwich which they ate the whole thing so it must have been good. Cheeseburger was good. Total bill was $147 with no beverages besides water. Nine people.... One child, two teenagers...

This place is mediocre at best, they charge way too much for most of the items and if you actually get what you ordered, it's generally not very good. The only reason I keep coming back is I don't have to pay for it since my family likes to go and they offer.

Onto the positives, not many places have big soft pretzels but since they stopped used ghels cheese sauce (or don't use it exclusively) it's not as good. They have pretty tasty waffle fries that come with a good seasoned sour cream. They also have really good croutons for their salad and at least the ranch is pretty creamy.

What makes me sad is they have stuff on the menu that could be really good when prepared well, but I don't think they tend to hire many good cooks.

Though I'm not the biggest fan of ribs, it would be wrong to not mention that the ones here are usually pretty good, even without the sauce they are smokey and satisfying.

The problem I see is the quality of service and food just seems to be slipping. That said, it's still not the worst place of there and is just very average... If you enjoy ribs, pull tabs, bars and bongo, this place should be fine. But it's a sad shadow of what this place used to be, more so from before it was a...

Went to dinner with my family, the waitress came and took our orders for our drinks and then left for 25 minutes. While we were waiting someone came over to our booth and said that he couldn't help but notice that no one had helped us in a while. So he took our orders for our drinks and came back within 10 minutes. After that we waited for another 15 minutes before the waitress came back and asked us what we would like to eat. She took our orders and then walked away. We waited for an average amount of time for our food. Not long. At this point another waitress came to our table with our food. After setting it down on the table next to us, she lifted up the first plate and COUGHED to the side before handing it to us. I am by no means a germaphobe, but that is enough to make me loose my appetite. Overall, the food wasn't bad by any means, the atmosphere was ok. But the waitresses seamed more interesting in chatting with the regulars at the bar instead of...
