I recently had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences in my life with this place. We ordered a Pizza online. Once you complete the order it says if you need to change or cancel anything call this number, and it gives you the local number of the store. However, upon calling, you go into a corporate pizza help desk. That's right... a town of 17,000 people with 1 pizza hut... lets get a help desk to solve issue with pizza! Great idea.
After changing my order within 8 minutes of clicking submit on the website, the corporate help desk seemed to be unable to commit and I wound up getting the smaller first order about 10 minutes later, delivered to my door. I spoke with the driver about the incorrect order and he advised me to call the store.
After nearly 45 minutes on the phone with the "Help Desk" (because you can't call the store) we wound up with absolutely no resolution and no way to contact your store. All they said was that your store rejected the changed order because the pizza had already left the building... 8 minutes after I placed the incorrect order. Yeah friggin' right... They even tried calling the local store while I was on the phone and still could not reach anyone at your store. Though based on how rude those people are, i'm guessing they never even tried.
My wife had to drive to your location... the place we paid you $3 for a delivery charge so we wouldn't have to drive there.. yup.. had to anyway.. because in 2015.. why would we be able to CALL you on the phone about a problem?!? An still no resolution as there was no manager on. They couldn't refund my order because "They couldn't find it". Well, my credit card company has had no problems finding that charge at all... weird.
The "Help Desk" mentioned they would be sending the notes of our conversation to your store manager and you should be contacting us. It's Monday now. 5 days later. I haven't heard a peep from you guys and i still have a charge on my credit card for an order I canceled.
Sept. 30, 2015 was the last time i'll ever do business with your store, unless you have some bizarre trick up your sleeve I've never seen before.
There are at least a Dozen other pizza places in the STMA community that are going to be excited they have one less customer they have to share with you.

The food is okay at best. Definitely greasier than all the other local pizza places. Their "new" melts are the greasiest things I've ever seen that is considered edible. The cheeseless-bread is even greasy (not buttery, GREASY). The cheese sticks are some of the worst tasting and worse textured cheese sticks I've ever had.
And I know its something food-places do to save on food waste, but using the SAME CHEESE for EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON YOUR MENU, ruins a menu, especially when you're putting cheese on things that arent even supposed to have cheese on them. And that's not even my opinion, that's just how yall are. Because those items are advertised as such WITHOUT CHEESE, AND we ordered them as such WITHOUT CHEESE, but they do not arrive that way what-so-ever because this place does not know how to do basic food service.
They ALWAYS get stuff wrong when we order delivery, and they charge more for delivery than other local places, so its just better to go in. Especially if you have food allergies or preferences. (Ordered vegan stuff once and did NOT get vegan stuff, even though its advertised as "vegan" on the website)
If they have to replace/remove something, they wont tell you until they're already at your door with your (wrong) order, and they wont take it off the bill or do any fixes to the cost.
Every time I come here I just feel like I shouldn't have. You can remodel your store all you want but clearly that doesn't make your service...

Slow. Everything arrives later than I would normally expect, and they're slower than their competitors in the area. At least twice, this was blamed on staffing issues.
Gross. Three times, a pizza was delivered that was either luke-warm or appeared to have been sitting under the heatlamps or in a warming oven. In each of those times, it tasted terrible - so bad that I threw it away.
Poorly made. Four times, I'd ordered boneless wings in one sauce or another only to find that they'd simply put the sauce in the container, then threw the chicken in on top of the sauce. I have a picture of one of those times.
Consistently bad. They used to be better than this, but this location has gone downhill over the past year. I keep giving them more chances, and it never gets better. I tell the drivers about the issues I've had with previous orders, yet nothing gets better. I've told whoever was on the other side of the phone, yet nothing gets better.
I honestly don't know if they're working on the issues or not. I don't want coupons or free items - I simply want what I ordered when I order it, and I want it to taste...
